I did not receive the package from my first order although it was definately shipped. I wrote a mail to support and they replied immediately. They soon shipped another package, which I got pretty fast, with no additional cost. So, 5 stars for Jawresize!

Small but dedicated! This statement coming from the Jawzrsize crew couldn't be more true. They responded to my request for a damaged product really quickly and I had a replacement in my mailbox within days! Great service and great product

Customer support is amazing! My package was marked delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I messaged the customer service team and had a reply with a new order number for *FREE* before the end of the day. Will be reporting back once my replacement package arrives and I get a month or so of use out of the product.

The people at jawzercise are accommodating and helpful. They resolved my issue and honored my request in a timely fashion and are much appreciated.

Just your stock standard cheap product with our landish claims, only thing it Really helps us to give you jaw problems, come on people

The quality of these products are not very good. The concept is great but the devices easily (after a few uses - less than 19 - split at the seams). Customer service was great though and I do appreciate that a lot.

Great customer service! Was past my 60 days and I actually bit right through mine last night. Lizzy sent me out a stronger level replacement today and I look forward to trying it out.

Jawzrsize’s customer service responded quickly to my inquiry, and went above and beyond for me! My old address was autofilled to the shipping address. Instead of telling me I’m out of luck, they shipped a new one to me free of charge!

This review is solely because of customer service: I purchased a Jawzrsize via Amazon. The necklace did not work, nor would the case stay shut. With that, I did email them, got a prompt reply, and a replacement sent which was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered the jawzrsize Elite Green Custom Fit. It broke within the first week. The material is very cheap (probably made in China or a 3rd world country) and snapped. Not happy. Bad quality. Would not recommend.

I used the product for approximately four days and followed the instructions. I now I have a dislocated jaw and chipped teeth. I cannot eat something without my jaw snapping

I would stay away from this product.

While I haven’t yet receive the jawzrsize due to a delivery snafu, support was kind enough to offer a replacement which I appreciate immensely. I will write an additional review once I have spent time using the device.

My item got lost and Jawzrsize took care of everything immediately. I am really satisfied with their awesome customer service. An easy 10/10 !
