I've been using the Jawzersize for 4 months for about 2 min per day. I'm a petite woman & I'm using the smallest size. The product has split at the bottom and when I emailed customer service I was told I wasn't chewing it properly... even though there is clearly only one way to use the product and I followed the directions. When I asked if it was a common occurrence for the product to break after a few months, the customer service rep actually wrote the following "There is no fixed lifespan of our products, as it totally depends on the individual's usage. Some wear and tear varies by individuals. Some customers write in after a year or more of usage and other less. It really just depends on the individual."... So the company doesn't even claim that the product should last a year. Very surprising.

Excellent customer service from Lizzy, I had a question and she got back to me in a timely manner given the time differences. Just started using the Jawrsize and can feel my cheeks working out.

Customer service provided by Lizzy is incredible! Way beyond from what you expect! I am a second time customer and the 2nd order got lost during international shipping. Lizzy just took care of everything and solved the problem. I just got it! Products are great of course and you can see a difference! Thanks for everything!!

I order the item back in November 2021 and still awaiting delivery. Initially, it was showing item delivered but never received. I reached out Jawzrsize and was told it was lost in transit 3 weeks ago. On 15 Dec 2021, I received a confirmation that a new item has been sent but still not received. Apparently, Jawzrsize are not taking any phone calls or updating properly. If an item was lost in the post, I expect Jawzrsize to reach out to me to confirm that item is lost in transit and we'll send a new item but not the other way round. Their customer service is extremely poor as well.

Haven’t received my product yet, but Lizzy provided GREAT customer service, and was very knowledgeable about the different products. She also helped me get the best deal. Wish all companies had customer service like this.

Rep helped me cancel and remake my ordered within 15 mins of my request on Sunday after 6pm.

I haven't tried the product yet but I'm excited to. I had an issue with shipping and customer service was on top of it. Great customer service. Truly one of the very few companies out there with integrity!!

I’ve used Jawzrsize for a few months now. My jawline has gotten incredibly stronger and infinitely more defined. THIS PRODUCT WORKS!!!!! PERIOD!!!!! And as an added bonus twice they have sent me no questions asked and at no charge extra teeth bars and most recently a couple of neck straps. Did you get the part about no questions asked and NO CHARGE? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.

Great product, this helps my jaw healthy, efficient in the future, anti aging, I don’t regret buying it! This product changed my life, excellent customer service.

Great Customer Service

I had an issue with my order not having the correct number of products. I emailed customer support and wasn't expecting a response right away, but they emailed me back within minutes and with news of my order being corrected. They are going to work with you to resolve issues the best they can.

Great product! I use it in the shower everyday and some days while I am training. Hats off to the inventor 💪🏼

A picture is worth a thousand words but I cannot seem to be able to include photos in the review. After 30 days there is a noticeable difference. Especially from the front view

Although my order was not delivered,all attempts to rectify the problem were explored in good faith and with a professional approach. When things improve,worldwide,I'll try again.

Although initially unhappy with the seemingly slow delivery of the package, the service team followed up intently to share the constraints relating to the delays caused by the covid restrictions. Despite the later estimated delivery, I received the package ahead of time, and appreciate the effort put in by the team.

The package, unfortunately, got lost but I know that wasn't the company's fault and it was a USPS problem, they were kind enough to instantly reply to my support ticket and send me a replacement.

I purchased Jawzrsize and needed to contact customer service. I submitted an inquiry via email and received a response within a few minutes. I was able to get a follow up response and have my matter completely resolved within minutes of contacting customer care. Their customer service team make getting help super easy and they immediately addressed my matter and provided a wonderful solution to my inquiry. Their customer service is second to none.
