I haven’t actually used the product yet, just waiting for it in the mail. But, I have spoken to the customer service rep - Haleigh, trying to get my order the way that I wanted it and for the deal that I wanted and she was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. My issue was taken care of in a matter of minutes through email because she was so fantastic! I’m really looking forward to seeing how the product works!

If yoü want the highest level of face fitness exercise yoü go to Jawzrsize. Don’t fall for copy cats of Jawzsize they are not even close to a quality and results yoü will achieve. Jawzrsize have the best product on internet believe me I been with Jawzsize since 2017 if yoü don’t purchase there product or skeptical about them yoür lost bye.

Coupon code did not work, but support was nice enough to send a refund of the amount the coupon was meant for. Fast responses and very friendly! I hope the product is nearly as good as the service!

The concept behind Jawzrsize is unique but makes a lot of sense. I'm looking forward to seeing what effect it will have. I can already report that the costumer service is very helpful and friendly.

Iwant to be honest with the company and anybody else I spent a lot of money on this company I vested a lot of money so far from what I can think of they replace my items thank you I’appreciate that the reality they only care about money in themselves

I don’t tell me how many times he had to replace it it doesn’t matter how many times you had a replacement those were stolen off my porch
They replacement and I’m still under the warranty but no he gives me a little attitude like he’s like he’s all that like he’s the boss come on dude to do the job right now seems like the customers never right with them I just know that I could take my business somewhere else and start my own company with this dumb ass product for real so far worst customer service today he hangs up on me try to call me back pretends like he didn’t hang up I just ignore his calls and I remember his name because I don’t remember peoples names of disgust me the most like that

I have never had such exceptional customer service in my life before. I ordered the Jawzrsize ball mid February of last year. I didn't realize that all the stuff that came with it wasn't there. I figured it out literally a year and some months after I originally placed the order. Less than an hour, the replacement things work shipped. That is awesome. I would definitely be doing business with them again! Thank you!!!

Sam rectified a situation with my malfunctioning unit. She resolved it and replaced it. These things happen. Thank you

I received the product and in less than a month it broke, it did not last 3 weeks, I tried to contact the seller and did not receive any response. total loss of money

While the product didn't exactly work out for me, Jawzrsize's customer service was great. They got me a quick solution to my issues.

I have seen results with the products. The Pop-n-Go models work well. The custom fit models don't work very well. The bite strips which form the shape of your teeth do not stay in the unit. This feature is very poorly designed. I would not recommend the custom fit models.
