Great quality clothing, so cute and trendy, easy to use online shopping site, loved little personalised card in my order from the girls.
Will be shopping here again - keep up the good work :)

Great communication (via Instagram) and quick & simple online service. Definitely trustworthy and will purchase again!

Loved the little personal note! Little touches like those are what makes customers come back! Fast shipping aswell! Thanks guys! :)

My package was taking awhile, after emailing them they promptly messaged me back saying it was on pre order. Was so happy with the communication

My package has taken over a month, and I still haven’t received anything.
I have received emails from the company promptly but without any resolution and or efforts to know my case.
There has been confusion and a lack of knowledge on my order, previous conversations and date sent and even destination( thinking I was in the US and I’m in Canada).
If this order wasn’t $300 I would be upset but not sick with worry. Just hoping it will arrive soon and be resolved!
I would have appreciated a more professional response with knowledge of me past conversations, confirmation of my destination and dates sent.

The team were very helpful and communication was fast
Two of my products were missed but I had them within 24 hours of informing them

Amazing clothes! Good quality and great customer service! (:

My first purchase with Jaxon Rose and super impressed with the speed of delivery and the personal touch of a handwritten note of thanks.

Love this shop. Highly recommend shopping here.

Love the clothing. From the look of the clothing right down to the thickness of them as well as the stitching. I love how I didnt really have to wait long for postage and the little thank you message I recieved. Thank you so much for the awesome buy guys!! Great quick delivery! Love the jacket for my boy

I love the clothes. They came quickly and even measured up the sleeve length to ensure I was buying the right size.

Loved the wrapping of items, I loved it even more that there was a card in there saying thank you and it had my name on it. It made me feel really appreciated as a customer. Will definitely be buying from you guys again!

thanks!

Great service, had a muck up with the payment (me not reading things properly) and this was sorted out via email in 20 mins. Sizing is great, was delivered 3 days from payment. Thanks ! X
