DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. As per the email confirmation I phoned 30 minutes before arrival where I was told to then call when I was 10 minutes away so they could meet me there. When I phoned for the second time I was advised 20 minutes. 25 minutes passed so I called and was told that they were extremely busy and that there was temporary traffic lights, and that no one had left yet to come and meet me. 15 minutes later (total of 40minutes waited for a meet and greet service) someone arrives without the confirmation code to who I reluctantly handed my keys over. When I come back from my holiday I phoned as I went through passport control and was told 20-25 minutes. 35 minutes pass so I called them up again only to find out that no one had still left to drop my car back to me. Another 20 minutes my car finally arrived filthy dirty on the outside and the driver footwell looking like wellington boots had been worn in there after a day on a farm. On both occasions I was neither meeted or greeted by any of the staff, I had calls dropped and blatant lies told over the phone. Do not use this company or you also will be waiting 40 mins plus each way to get your own car back!!!

Excellent service from JBF.
We used JBF for the first time for our meet and greet at Stansted airport.
Their price was competitive and service excellent. The pre departure information was clear and detailed and the departure and arrival telephone calls easy to understand, a big bonus.
The lady who picked up are vehicle was friendly and helpful and Jonathan, who dropped it off, was particularly pleasant and jovial
I would I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them again.

Jonathan returned our car, pulled up within minutes of us arriving to the collection point and was a very polite and a jolly soul and made sure he was returning the car to the correct person. Left Stansted feeling impressed.
Very well organised company. Highly recommend. Will always use whenever I may fly from Stansted. 10/10

Better every time
We have used this company a few times and I would say that they improve every time. We had left a passport in the car which our daughter needed prior to our return, Johnathan was super helpful taking control of what he could do. Thank you for a great service, 100% recommend and use again and again.

Thank you for a good service. Maximum time I had to wait was for 20ish mins at arrival at the airport as person picking up the car was double booked picking someone else’s up too but on the return it was very smooth and efficient. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Really excellent service from the team…
Really excellent service from the team at JBF in particular Craig, who came to our rescue and saved our holiday at the last minute when he realized our predicament when we were let down by another company, he really went the extra mile to help us out.
Upon return our car was with us 10 minutes after clearing customs, I will definitely use these again and will recommend them to my friends.

Use JBF over anyone else!
100% recommend this to anyone and would use them again. Arrived at 4:00am for the first flight of the day, and they were excellent. When we got back, their times for collection were so accurate we were walking up to the meet point as our car pulled in.

Excellent service

Just returned and got stuck at passport control which delayed us by an hour and even though they had already dispatched our car they took it back and brought it again a bit later so that when we cleared passport control we waited less than a minute for the car to arrive. Excellent service throughout from booking to collection
