After 2months of irregular use my shredder needed 2 small parts. After many calls and emails and promises nothing arrived . Very disappointing and useless After sales service.

Ordering easy, part of order despatched quickly, second part on back order, hindsight should not have ordered 🤷but then again maybe should not advertise not in stock items but with delivery date on receipt . Part my fault part jcb fault but hey ho now waiting for refund to land on my credit card which was agreed immediately upon request.
