I ordered some items November 2024, they emailed me that it was out of stock and gave me an option to wait. However months later I’ve got no way of contacting them anymore…

Scam company that will not send my order. I will personally be visiting them to get my $430 back.

Ordered in September and although I was under the impression my order was being made and shipped. James Cooper messaged me to confirm it was almost ready and I am yet to receive anything or a tracking number. SCAM STAY AWAY. so disappointed thought i was supporting a small business but his a scammer

Made an order at the start of September and still haven’t received anything, not replying to any emails or messages. Never order from these guys

I Recieved the 2nd part of my order today, and to be honest I wasn't sure either would come after reading some of these reviews!.. if I had read them before actually making my purchase then I wouldn't have even considered buying from JC. Regardless, I did buy them, and although they took 6 weeks to arrive, they did arrive and we're very happy with them!. They did require modifying to fit, as I kept the interior carpets and trims in place, but they fitted nicely in the end. The only thing I can say that I'm very disappointed about is they didn't reply to any of my emails.. and I sent quite a few!
Overall, it was far from the best experience I've had, due to the lack of communication, but everything I ordered did arrive within the 4-6 week lead time they need for fabrication, and I'm happy with the final product.

I ordered on 09 September and I have never received my order and no one is answering any more. This thief takes your money but the material will never be delivered.... shame on James Cooper

He is a scammer, he takes the money and never send the item, I will report him to the postal police.

Terrible Experience with JCclubsport – Beware of Hidden Fees and Poor Quality

I ordered from JCclubsport and received a damaged item, which was extremely disappointing. The quality of the product itself was subpar, not what I expected at all. It took four weeks just to get a response from their customer service, and they still refused to fix their mistake.

Instead of offering a proper solution, they gave me two bad options: either drive to their location to get it fixed or pay a 25% restocking fee for a return. They never disclosed this fee before selling, which feels completely dishonest.

I regret buying from JCclubsport and would never recommend them. Their customer service is slow, the product quality is low, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid them if you can!

Ps: Even if you don't know nothing about DIY I'm sure you'll be able to do a better and cheaper job yourself 😉

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered my product back in may was given a run around of excuses, at one time they didn’t even reply for over a month. Said there was an issue with a messed up order and will get my product out in 7 days. But Lowe and behold never arrived tried to contact again was ignored for weeks and weeks on end both on fb and email then when I got a response the story changed yet again and the product hasn’t even been started. Morning running around and Following on I said I want my money back after 5 months still with no product in sight.! I have messaged countless times to be ignored I then got an email after I replied to there automated announcement about selling the business so I sent a reply asking for my refund to this which I finally got a reply they responded and said it would take 10 working days for a refund this was the 30th of Septemeber. We are on working day 15 and no refund. I have message twice again since yet again no reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!! Corrupt company!
To anyone please check companies house check the reviews do your homework do not give this company your money! This will be posted everywhere now!!

Comms until paid then nothing. No invoice, no replies to emails nothing. 4wks past and no product. What a way to make a living. Shameful

Please avoid this company.
Extremely communicative when taking your money but quite the opposite when it comes to refunds.
I had a refund invoice issued on the 15th July 2024 but sadly no monies have been forthcoming.
Update 4th October 2024 still no refund .

I didn’t want it to come to this but please avoid this company. After digging deep I’ve found out both Jc clubsport and their other company keep getting struck off company’s house. I suspect they’re just taking peoples money and running they’ve changed their address 3x since 2021 when they started.

My order was placed in June with a 4-6 week turn around… it’s now September and I’ve emailed chasing the order no end and had no contact back since these pictures…

I’ve reported it all to trading standards and my bank of whom are investigating this as it’s a clear cut violation of law.

If I was the owner I’d be contacting people who have ordered as you’ve now got RBS and trending standards coming after you.

Edit: refund process wrong and it’s been 10 days since this refund was “processed”.

Received the seat delete and net of which I had no issues so thankyou for those but please sort this refund out.

Ordered goods off of JCclubsport that were supposed to arrive months ago. All messages ignored. evidence of other experiences similar to this are very difficult to come by but can be found. see reviews for 'cutting edge laser works' also run by James AVOID.Still waiting on over £1500

‘Cargo-nets.co.uk’ is the new name for ‘JCClubsport’ as a poor attempt at abandoning the huge debts built up by James under the old company.
