I contacted them 5 times!!! 5!! For a refund because i bought the wrong size
I haven’t even worn the shoes and just want to return them and then keep ignoring me on both whatsapp on email. Don’t know what to do

Went into store rundle mall adelaide city to return item that was to big. The retail girl accused me of wearing item that was only delivered the day before. I told her all I did was try it on once delivered, she said there's hair on it and then smelt the item. I was totally shocked. She then said I might not be able to return. I advised her all I want to do is exchange for a large. Point is I was not treated with kindness and any respect. I will not be purchasing again sorry.

this company blocks and discriminates to customers!!! they use a criminal network called cloudfare! this company is not legally operating within Australia.

I will not purchase from jd sport ever again.
I took shoes back,they treated me like I stole them even though they were looking right at the receipt.
I went to deal with it at another store and the manager rolled his eyes at me.
DONT DO IT PPL STAY AWAY.

JD sports at Browns plains Grand plaza was a great experience. Thanks to Christian, who went above & beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service from him.

The worst company to buy shoes from wouldn’t recommend,
buy them from style runner they ship them within the hour.
Their customer service team is horrible.
I’ve made an order with style runner at 12pm today they have already shipped my item, there was a mistake with my order with JD you guys haven’t even shipped my order let alone packed it and you guys can’t amend an order absolutely poor service please avoid them! Please read reviews before buying from JD they are the worst so many better companies to give your hard earned money too. And they have commented saying they’ll look into the issue JD couldn’t care less I haven’t had anyone reach out about this issue.

Ordered 3 different orders in the same day & JD had them to me in 24Hours .
I did pay express shipping.
That’s how I expect it to be always.
Excellent service on this occasion.

Their return policy/customer resolution process is flawed, arrogant and designed to fatigue those looking for a fair outcome into just giving up.
Store says go to whatsapp chat, AI bot refers you back to the store then suggests you involve a 3rd party if you're not happy....even BEFORE anyone actually sights the issue!
Poor customer service, frustrating and i will.not return.

Huge shoutout to Issac at JD sports, Highpoint shopping Center, Maribyrnong for his excellent customer service provided today evening while shopping for trainers. It’s a rarity nowadays to see such awesome sevice!

Great selection online

I placed my order yesterday the 28th of June - late at night, after I checked out, I realised that I chose the wrong size
I checked the website and it said I can’t change the order but customer service should be able to do a cancellation as long as it’s before the order picking and packing, which it was

I called just after 9am
Officer said I could not cancel

So, as a disabled woman who relies on support workers, I will need to wait for the order, then get my support worker to return the item within 30 days

Buying system is very poor in store as we have to wait for nearly an hour to get one pair of shoes. They should adapt more efficient ways for buyers to buy in store as everyone there was waiting for their order for long time. Poor customer service employees were struggling to fulfil everyone orders.

Got told to leave the store after I ask for a different size

I wanted to by a pair of shoes for my daughter at JD Sports Werribee. I asked several staff for assistance but all said they were too busy, even though the store was almost empty. Eventually a staff member scanned the shoes then walked off with no explanation, a while later another staff member walk out from the back and showed me the shoes and put them behind the counter then walked off, again with no explanation. I waited first in line at the counter but there was only one staff member who was dealing with a complaint. After 5 minutes another staff member came to the counter so I could purchase the shoes. None of the staff were pleasant to customers and all seemed unhappy working at the store. Does JD Sports Australia purposely employ rude and lazy staff.

we went jd parramatta this afternoon, i was trying to pay for a pair of shoes but one of the long hair asian lady working at the counter her attitude was bad, i am not racist and i am an anti racist person because i am asian too, i was watching her serving white people with smile but when she served me, oh no, swear to god not lying,shame on her, at the end i didn't buy and luckily we bought from foot locker, footlocker staffs are so nice, keep it up foot locker

Online order: I added to cart a pair of Nike Air Max 95 OG for price of $184.00 then went to checkout and the price was $240.00. I searched again and the advertised price was still $184.00 once again went to checkout, price $240.00. I called Customer Service, Anabella sent me an email asking for a screenshot of the sale price. I did this straight away and I received an email to say that this was going to be investigated further and I will have a solution asap.
I have not heard anything further! I get automated return emails saying “request has been updated”
Please watch out for the pricing! Even on their Facebook page they were still advertising the sale price.

Quick delivery

Size was not available at that particular store, staff said we could order it for you and will be delivered to my address. Payment made at store, been a week no news of the item, made a complaint, said wait for reply in 24 hours, been more than 72 hours nothing, walked to a store to check re the order, staff says it will be delivered 4 days later (specific date was given). Next day mailed to check on status, if it’s true what the staff at the store mentioned, receive a letter saying sorry technical error at the in store kiosk and order was cancelled, to walk to any store and get the payment refunded. How frustrating, the staff don’t even know what they are saying and doing.

I wish to formally raise concerns regarding the conduct of staff at JD Sports Werribee. I experienced poor customer service, including rude behaviour from management and misleading statements about the store’s refund policy. This may constitute a breach of consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. I request this matter be reviewed and addressed promptly, as such practices are unacceptable and potentially unlawful.

I placed this order two weeks ago, and Australia Post still hasn’t physically received the parcel. JD Sports continues to advise me to wait, without providing any clear resolution.

I’ve tried multiple contact methods - email, phone, and WhatsApp (with no response via WhatsApp). When I called, the agent was unable to assist and referred me back to the same person who had already responded via email.
