A comedy of errors, we wanted a property valuation from them, first thing that was strange was there office door was locked,we had to knock to be let it. Then a lady who was on the phone said take a seat, (there was only one), there was a sign that said, first, lets have a coffee, that was a myth, no coffee and,we had to get another one from somebody's computer desk,ok...so we discussed the property and she said said Wednesday or Thursday suit you, yes that's fine. Later we received a call saying ah, I made a mistake Michelle is out of the county, we can do sometime next week. By this point, we thought everything has gone wrong within 15 minutes, what chance have they got of selling the property. Can you imagine a potential buyer making an appointment, then maybe told, can we make it next week....

For the first time in 42yrs JDG navigated us through the stresses and eventual joy of completion. A special shout out to Louisa who kept us briefed throughout. Thankyou to other team members who all pulled in the same direction to achieve our sale. Many thanks and we wish you continuing success.

From an initial emergency call with John (when our previous tenant gave notice when we were abroad ) they have ensured property repairs were completed and kept us up to date to ensure the tenant is also living in a top notch property

I viewed a property JD Gallagher were selling and was told three different stories by their staff relating to a damp issue. They will say anything to get a sale. Be wary if you are viewing properties being sold by this company.

Fraudsters. This is the worst agency I have ever encountered in my life. The staff were racist and tried cheating me out of my deposit. They made me move into a house with no hot water and took a month to fix it. When I reported a heater not working, they evicted me. I had innumerable issues with them. I hope they are shut down.
