DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS!!
Did not meet expectations for such a pricey program. The one on one help was very irregular and inconsistent when needed. Left feeling as this was a total waste of a lot of money, time and resources. They make it seem easier than it is, lots of hype, but they failed to tell you how saturated the wholesaling market is, and even when one works so hard to acquire the deals finding a buyer is so very difficult. And, even when you do, most buyers want the deal at your price, and then having to split the profits when partnering. I was given the impression that with partnering my partner would find the buyer on their end, but many times, that was not the case. I put the hard work in, a lot of time, lots of expenses for full-time virtual assistants, marketing, creating a buyers list, networking, mastermind meetings, 20k all together spent with nothing to show. It was a very expensive learning experience and a big letdown. The staff was helpful at times, however, I do not recommend, definitely more hype than results, many including myself have left the program disappointed!
