Joined in November 2025 ! Loving the early morning classes . Good variety and excellent instructors . Love the big spin studio !

It’s clean safe space with good equipment and the instructors who take the classes are all fabulous. They motivate and encourage you and are super knowledgeable and friendly

Great gym with friendly staff and clean facilities

Recently started up, staff were friendly and helpful. I typically go early on or very late but there’s always plenty of equipment and it’s not all over the place messy. Great gym couldn’t recommend higher.

Lots of gym equipment, protein bars shakes etc in vending machines, approachable and helpful staff, easily accessible amenities, this gym is excellent

Always clean, plenty of machines and weights so there's no waiting to use things and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great value for money, considering I can use any JD gym and attend classes if I choose.

Great affordable, functional gym for all fitness levels. clean and tidy, can get busy but that just adds to the atmosphere

Gym environment is very friendly great to grow your health and wellbeing and that ranges from beginners to seasoned gym users.

Good but the lat pulldown and every grip is extremely outdated they are very worn down and almost unusable

Great gym with great staff and members - Huge space with wide range of kit. 24/7 club and free parking.

Avoid JD Gym East Kilbride, during the freezing conditions in Glasgow for the last few weeks they have decided to blow out constant cold air, spoke to staff who say they know about it, users wearing hoodies, jumpers while training etc, they don’t seem interested in rectifying the situation, AVOID!!

Excellent gym so far. As a novice gym goer I find the variety and amount of equipment really helpful, especially at busier times. Really good atmosphere.

Been going to JD Gyms for about a year. I was loving the classes the instructors are encouraging and supportive but recently heard that all instructor classes are cancelled from the beginning of December until January. I am absolutely gutted I go to 7 classes a week because they push me more than I do myself in an ordinary work out. Extremely disappointed that JD Gyms asked for feedback you say you want more classes and three weeks later they cancel the classes.
