It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the 24/7 opening, equipment, changing facilities, sauna and the friendly team – that’s exactly what we aim to provide 🙌

We also really appreciate your suggestion around more early morning classes and additional spin sessions. We’re always reviewing our class timetable based on member feedback, so it’s really helpful to hear what you’d like to see more of 👍

We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the gym feels busy and access to equipment is limited, especially during peak times. Our gyms are very popular, but we do recognise how this can impact your workouts.
We’re also disappointed to hear your concerns around cleanliness and the condition of the showers – this isn’t the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll ensure your comments are passed on to the gym team.
In terms of the equipment, our teams do carry out regular maintenance checks and work with engineers to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible, but we appreciate how frustrating it is when items are out of order.
