Far too busy
Far too busy! Too many members. People queuing to get onto machines. Broken equipment. Not enough equipment for training legs

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night.

I trained at the West Brom gym
I trained at the West Brom gym .
The pt was training her client on the sled track when there were numerous correct places to train dead lift ,The sled track being not one of them . A pt should know better

This can be rectified really quickly by speaking with the PT or perhaps mentioning to the General Manager if you didn't feel comfortable doing speaking to the PT directly. They are a friendly bunch and will be happy to move to a clear space to allow you to use the track.

Half the machines are always broken
Half the machines are always broken, and never seem to get fixed. Staff are hardly present to even tell them.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
If you can't find a member of staff it might be that they are doing their rounds, checking the changing areas etc. You can always email the General Manager on westbromwich@jdgyms.co.uk

We are sorry to hear that your membership has been cancelled. This would only happen when the member initiates the cancellation, we wouldn't go ahead and cancel without your say so.
If this was done within 14 days you will be entitled to your membership fee to be refunded. This will all now be processing. If you do not want this to happen, please raise a ticket with our Customer Service team and they will help to rectify this for you.

Good gym could do with stricter rules for putting weights away in right place and branded machines like life fitness or hammer strength but decent gym

I just wish more people would wash…
I just wish more people would wash before the gym. Quite often it stinks - come on folks deodorant only csts a couple of quid. Machines, on the whole, are decent - but could do with being updated/repaired/maintained a bit better

Good clean gym with plenty of equipment. Only gripe changing rooms not open till 5am which is not great if you need to change before or after your early workout

Swapped from nrg gym to Jd gym
Swapped from nrg walsall which was really poor boxers with poo in on the floor in showers mangers didn't wanna know then come to JD gym and the cleanliness and the layout of the gym is bang on glad I chose to sign up at JD gym

Pads on equipment are worn out
Pads on equipment are worn out, need replacing. Pin for the stack weights missing, not enough cleaning stations. Otherwise well equiped.
