I like all the features/ facilities the gym offers and for the price I’m loving the features even more as everyone is friendly there too

You have taken 2 payment and noe cares or helped me once i have email 3 times now so when I get back off my holiday I will have to do a charge back. Not recommended

Cool gym
There is plenty of space and plenty of equipment to go around. The water works nicely. Feels clean. Equipment is in good condition. Good price. Wide range of equipment for all types of training. Easy to enter and exit.

Very easy to join
Very easy to join, have been for 1 class which I enjoyed. The only downfall is the inductions are not shown on the website.

Great gym with help if you need it
Great gym with help if you need it. It is a warm friendly environment with lots of equipment. I enjoy using the boxing area which is st back from the gym. Only one thing I would say is could you have a big clock there to time rounds.

The gym is ok but could do with a few…
The gym is ok but could do with a few more arm and leg machines as there is only one of each and you always having to wait to use certain machines especially at busy times. Plenty of bikes and treadmills but they could almost certainly do with being wiped down as the treadmill I was on the other day was filthy! Other than that the gym is ok.

Great experience so far
Great experience so far! Sometimes it can get a little packed and quite early too, but plenty of equipment to choose from, spacious changing rooms, I haven't spoken to any of the staff yet but they're always available on the desk! For the price it's incredible!

The wigan gym is way to over subscribed…
The wigan gym is way to over subscribed and ridiculously busy. Struggle to use equipment.

It was my first visit to JD gyms today…
It was my first visit to JD gyms today and found my experience brilliant.It was busy with it being Sunday but lots of equipment available the staff are friendly and approachable and the toilets,showers and Sauna spotless 😃😃looking forward to my next visit

It’s okay, avoid peak time
The gym itself is okay however the free weights section is very small, due to the size of it was any busier it would feel extremely crowded with having to wait for equipment so would avoid peak times

Pump disappointing
i’ve only been to couple classes up to now. very disappointed in the Pump class, i’m used to them being an hour. most of yours are 45mins, this doesn’t give enough time to work in all body areas.
when i joined i didn’t get an invitation to be shown round-not sure where everything is

Inductions aren't compulsory but if you would like to book one you can do so by calling the gym or emailing wigan@jdgyms.co.uk
In your induction you can be shown where everything is and how all equipment works. If you have any questions, specifically about classes that will be a great opportunity.
