This was my first time buying from Jedi Archives.
The payment scheme makes it super easy to buy allowing to get into collecting these great figures

I picked 2 collectibles, and took advantage of their generous payment plans on both, after paying routinely for around 6 months, and being happy with everything, I received an email asking me to pay the full balance on 1 of the collectibles (£150), as they had received the collectible instore. When questioned on the fact that the website didn't make a mention of that, I had also not received that information from the colleague instore, wehn questioned on the payment option, I asked to defer payment until the next month. On the subsequent email, where I was looking to pay, I communicated that while not necessarily happy, I would pay, but would pass this on to trading standards to check the wording and asked for clear communication moving forward.
What I received after this was passive aggressive responses stating that they would cancel my purchases and refund me, I emailed back, saying I didn't want that, but was told in the interest of me being happy, that was being done (to maintain my right to choose a vendor that lives up to my "expectations").
All I wanted was clear communication and was treated like I had offended someone personally, the use of customer service lingo, and double speak wasn't enough to hide the clear disdain that was being shown for questioning their practices.

Appauling service and have advised friends and family not to use as a result.

The issue was with the ambiguous wording, and that there was no mention of full payment needed when the item arrived. Again this hasn't been considered or handled correctly.

Was in Dorchester collecting something else but always visit when in the area. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Had a nice chat with them about Star Wars collectables then made a small purchase. Having bought items in person and also ordered via the website I cannot recommend them enough.

Good service, kept me updated with orders. Especially when pre ordered items. Can’t fault. Where great when I had to return an item. Easy and painless.

I’ve bought several items from Jedi Archives over the last couple of years. Hot Toys figures and Hasbro helmets. For the Hot Toys figures the option of the payment plan is just great and if it comes early I was offered a different option to pay it off quicker. Always comes quickly and well packaged. Often find they get stock in quicker than other places I’ve bought from and will be using them more often for preorders. An absolutely brilliant shop for a Star Wars fan like myself!
