Noah was a great sales rep. They were able to get us pasrts we couldn't find elsewhere, although the price was a little more. Shipping was very quick and satisfactory.

I ordered the air purifier and my


I ordered the air purifier and my credit card was charged. They did not actually have the item in stock and refunded me. I wasted several days on this.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you. I see you placed your order on a Sunday, and the after we sent you an email informing that we didn't have stock. In the next couple of days, we did our best to find the product for you in a timely manner but unfortunately we weren't able to, so your order was refunded on Wednesday.
