Don't buy from this company. My purchase was sent to a different state from where I live and all I got was the run-around when trying to get a refund.

The bags are not what you see on the web site. The quilting is very basic, not intricate as shown. These bags are cheaply made and not worthy of gifting or using. Returns can only be made to an address in Yiwu City, China with instructions to take the package to the 8th floor! The least amount to return the bags is $35 for $100 in items, without any guarantee that the package would be delivered. The refund offered went from 15% to 20% after I complained about the company's policies. Do not buy from this company.

Be warned. I have had experience of these bags and they are not what you see, but plastic reproductions of the picture you choose. If you try to return them and are lucky enough to receive any response to a complaint it will cost you £25+ to return the item to China. I went throught this and the returned plastic bag sat in the Post office in China for weeks as no one collected it.
If you read this after paying for an order, look up companies house and find the name of the director and pester him/her and put 100 messages on their customer services email address. I was lucky and got some of my money back after threatening them with legal action.
