I can’t recommend Jenny highly enough. Not only was the whole process – from placing the order right through to dispatch – simply spot on, but all my questions were answered and taken seriously; the delivery also went really smoothly. The product arrived within a few days. I was absolutely blown away by the quality when I unpacked it. You can confidently place your bag next to an original at an event. Nobody cares.

I ordered February 16, and received my bags March 27th and 28th. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the time it took to receive my items. I have to say the company was communicative throughout the entire process. I ordered two hand bags, and was told at the time I placed my order that there would be a delay due to the holiday. That was fine with me, BUT there was an additional delay due to the seller forgetting I requested gold hardware on one bag and silver on the other. Overall I was extremely pleased with the bags! I only gave background for complete transparency. They were kind, professional, and DELIVERED! I will definitely order from them again!
