Bought two Jellycats and they were shipped same day. Received items in time for Valentine’s Day.

I ordered and paid for 4 tea caddies and only one arrived. I have since tried to contact them and have been able to get a reply from either my emails or phone.

I always order my Jellycat teddies for my girls from Jeremy’s Home Store and have always had excellent service from them. Todays delivery of a Bashful Bunny was no exception!

My second time ordering from Jeremy's Homestore, and again super service. They had a Jellycat toy that my daughter wanted and had saved for, but in many places it was out of stock. It was easy to order, and compared to some other stores the P&P isn't extortionate. My order was dispatched the same day and safely arrived two days later. One happy customer, and recommended 🙂

This is the first time I have ordered from Jeremy's home store.
I'm delighted with my items and the service and delivery.
If this is the standard I will hopefully purchase from you again.

i ordered an item of there online store and did not visit in person. My item arrived quicker than expected and was packed with care.

Had a question, gave them a call and they answered straight away. The very helpful lady I spoke too knew everything immediately. Great prices - even better in the Black Friday Sale! Order would have been delivered in 48hrs (as paid for) apart from the postal strike which delayed it, but can't blame Jeremy's for that!
Will definitely use again!

I ordered a craft caninet on the 5/10/2022, paid for it. I got am email saying it's been dispatched and I can track it. No I can't track it as it won't allow me to do so, my emails go unanswered and it doesn't say where to ask for a refund. Not good customer service at all, also no telephone number

Ordered yesterday, paid for next day delivery. Had confirmation that my order was dispatched yesterday afternoon and its just arrived at 9.30am. Very swift service, thank you!

I have placed an order for a dressing table and was sent an email to track my order. I can’t track order, email address to contact bounces back. I have no idea where my order and how to request for a refund because there is no contact. It’s just weird

I ordered two craft cabinets. They haven't even shipped. Tried to contact them through the email they posted. It's no good.

The two Jellycat teddy’s are lovely, delivery is really fast and it came with a pack of loveheart sweets!

Ordered a rare JellyCat which thankfully Jeremy's had In stock! Ordered at 10am on Friday and it had come from Tunbridge Wells to Birmingham by 10am the next day. Well packaged with my delivery not hand written on the package. Amazing service, brilliant prices and incredibly fast delivery. Couldn't recommend more! Thanks guys!

The store were amazing at processing my order within days, I had a personal email sent and also the way it was delivered and being kept up to date with the tracking was wonderful . A really well hidden gem of a shop and will definitely use again. Thank you all!!

I ordered a jellycat fox and I love it! Lovely experience all round. My item arrived really quickly with a note and sweets in the box which added a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend.

Just received my first Jellycat order from Jeremy's Home Store and very pleased. The item arrived at the stated time on the stated date, well wrapped and in perfect condition. Plus some Love Hearts and a leaflet signed by Shelley to welcome me and give some further information. I will order again from JHS and very happy to recommend them.
