Great swift service from ordering to delivery very pleased and will definitely order from again. The only minor disappointment I had was the items ordered didn’t come in the brand dust bags but again that’s just minor.

Great products, price and service - will definitely use again

One of the lowest prices for a specific item I wanted and with free postage. Item arrived quickly (48 hours tracked service with Royal Mail) and I was provided with regular updates by Jeremy’s Home Store.

Fantastic service and I’d highly recommend this firm.

A really poor service and a 'couldn't care less' attitude to customer satisfaction.
Apparently if you pay extra for tracked 24 delivery it isn't guaranteed and if it doesn't arrive on time and if you suggest that the company as a gesture of goodwill refund the delivery charges - well tough luck! you should have read the small print.
Possibly an Ok company if all goes well and the brand of toys stocked may be reputable, however if there are any problems with your order its a really poor company to deal with. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Ordered a Fuddlewuddle from the website as my local John Lewis was out of stock. I didn’t need to pay postage as my order was above the set amount. Very happy with the service and product, however, Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery failed and took an extra day. I could see from the tracking that it was not down to Jeremy’s Home Store.
No complaints, so happy I could find Fuddlewuddle that was not at an inflated price.

Extremely rude staff. We were confronted by Jeremy himself. Very very rude, his tone of voice when asking our child not to touch toys was way out of line. He came across as almost aggressive, we were very taken aback. We will never shop here again after loving the store previously. Consider your customer service skills.We are responsible parents and we’re watching every move of our son and have spent good money here for many years. A loyal customer lost.

Don’t buy from this store online. I had bought from this store a couple of times but didn’t have the need to return an item. I received an item and it was to big so I asked to return it. 2 WEEKS went by and they didn’t reply at all to any emails or even social media messages. I had to contact my payment service to get a refund as the store wouldn’t respond to me at all. Very bad customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered online and the service was great, not only was the product slightly good value for moneyat a competitive price. It was dispatched qucikly and even had complementary sweets!! Thank you!! Great service would definitely recommend.

We always order from Jeremy's but my last purchase (January 2024), aside from items not being delivered, I am chasing them for 2 weeks now for a refund but I they are not responding. I have tried reaching out to their email first, no response. After a week, I've tried their contact form, still no response. So disappointing for a small amount of money :(

Jeremy’s Home Store has a brilliant range of products, I found them while searching for a specific product which was out of stock on the official Jellycat website. JHS had the item in stock and for cheaper than the official store! Website is easy to use and I was kept updated with emails about the tracking information. Product arrived as expected and overall a great shopping experience. Would highly recommend and I’ll be returning to them for all Jellycat purchases in the future!

Really wide range of jellycats and I was looking for a specific one, I asked in the notes if there was some tissue paper they could add in there and take the prices off as it was a present which they did. The delivery was quick and the jelly cat was well wrapped with a hand written note to give with it. Thank you I will be shopping again with you guys

Ordered a jelly cat was delivered in perfect condition, I personally think the prices are good and reasonable for the jelly cats and was delivered fast.I recommend ordering from here and I will too again for the great service !

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Ordered a Jellycat over the weekend (one I’ve not been able to find elsewhere!) and it’s just arrived a few days later. Item was beautifully packaged - I can really tell a lot of care was taken. Will not hesitate to make future orders with them.
