Absolutely awful service. Purchased an £800 item from them which was not the correct item. Had to pay £500 to ship it back and they refused to speak to the shipping company. The item is now being returned to us as it could not be delivered back to China and we have ended up £1500 out of pocket!

Placed an order and paid with PayPal and I have not received a confirmation email of order, no shipping details, no tracking number, nothing. I have tried to contact the company many times and have received no response.
It feels like I have been scammed.
Will update if they are legit.
Why in your reviews from others it is constantly the same issues that people are saying. Something needs to change with how you process orders and ship them out with confirmation emails.
Reevaluate your method.
I have received my order so they are legit. And for the inconvenience they did give me a $40 voucher for their online store.
There was a delay with their response in the end. Nearly a month. So be patient.

Let them know there was on ongoing problem. . .radio silence. . .no refund. . .no further communication. . .I'm out of over $350.00. I will be reporting them regarding their business practices.
Ordered a machine from Jessky, I have had absolutely no issues, the customer service are excellent keeping me up to date on my order, because there website and delivery are misleading, of course I was worried seeing the reviews, but I’m here to say I received my order and everything was in the box and the machine works very well for my partner, thank you, so if you order from jessky, just purchase your item and be patient, you will receive your Order..
First off my experience has been overall positive.
I messaged them ahead of my order asking if they had a certain doll in stock. They answered the next day and said they had it in their Canadian warehouse. I paid for the item and four days later got it. I can confirm that there is a Canadian warehouse. Just remember to ask ahead of time before ordering.
The doll came and was not as it was pictured on their website. I wrote to them about my concern. They promptly answered the next day.
They stated that the doll was enhanced via make-up, a different wig and clothes.
I ran a picture of the doll head through AI to see what the make-up would do to the doll and it did jazz up the presentation of it.
I suggested to them that they change the "Guarantee: 100% as in pictures" line on their doll's description as it would throw off people's expectation of what they are receiving.
They stated that they would send another set of clothes, wigs and eyes. This was a nice act of goodwill.
I would consider buying more from them in the future, knowing what I can now expect from their catalog.
Overall, a good enough experience and prices were decent.
I ordered a product from this retailer and I elected for expedited shipping. It's saying I have to wait over a month to receive my product. I have no tracking updates for 5 days. Supposedly my item left California 5 days ago and now it's stuck in limbo? What's going on?
Edit: my order arrived yesterday and I'm satisfied. I fixed my review from 2 star to 5.

Fake shop. Es wird mit lagern in EU beworben. Pakete kommen aus China mit gefälschter absender Adresse.
Rückgabe nicht möglich . Keine Reaktion von Verkäufer. PayPal Käuferschutz hilft auch nicht. Falsche Adresse bei PayPal angegeben Paket hängt beim Zoll fest .

I'm writing this as a first time customer, and based on a sincere/genuine experience.
Website:
It's a relatively easy website to navigate, and place orders. There is one weird behaviour at the time of writing, where after the order has been processed and shipped, the page for the order details is blank. So you really have to make sure to maybe keep any confirmation emails.
Shipping:
Like others here. I kind of wish that there'd be more transparency or clarity on exactly where the point of origin is. While they claim to have US/UK warehouses, this seems to not be the case. Originally I was given a Royal Mail 48 tracking number, but after a few days and reaching out to customer service, was shown a different/other tracking number, it was evident that it was coming from China, and based there. That 1-4 days? It feels like that's the time it takes for a product to get on a plane. It's more like 7 days for something to land in the UK, received by Royal Mail, and be delivered.
I thankfully, was not hit with any kind of customs or duty fees.
The product was well-packaged, and undamaged.
Customer Service:
I'll give them credit. They've been relatively fast all things considered, and like any other company may not respond over the weekend. It's a matter of patience, and I think if you understand Chinese culture--be respectful, choose words carefully, do not be confrontational/aggressive.
The Customer Service Representative was polite, and willing to resolve issues quickly.
I also, unfortunately had an accessory with my machine that was missing on receipt. But I emailed them with photos, and my order/shipping number, and they got a replacement sent out rapidly....I'm writing this review, just after receiving it.
Rating:
I was tempted to give it a 4/5, based on the quirks of the order details on the website--and shipping experience. But I hope these things can be fixed or addressed at a later time. I can only give it a 5/5.
The machine is really great for the price, had some minor issues with my first order but customer service was quick to make things right. I think the best thing about it is how quiet it is, no need to worry about your neighbors hearing anything.
Ordered a machine from them, no purchase confirmation was received until I requested it, since then no shipment or tracking information. The only link they shared was a bogus shipment booking form and the parcel was never send. Totally unacceptable and this seems more of a scam than a reliable company .
Update: the response about email being the blame does not cover the fact that it took me to create these reviews for you to take action and also your website say send from local locations delivery 1-4 days. You ship from china and my parcel after all this time with the evidence you just supplied had just left the facility in china, not even in the UK a week later yet you supplied Royal Mail tracking information clearly showing they still expecting the parcel, don’t insult my intelligence by telling me per email don’t worry the item is already in my local area, communication and honesty is a good place to start when dealing with customers. Your items is expensive and when customers trust you with that kind of money you can not show this behaviour thinking you selling a happy meal

What company tells you to throw away the item the wanted to send you instead of the one you ordered? This trash of a company Jessky. Paid $399.00 to supposedly get $300 back. USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR INTIMATE PLEASURES. Jessky will screw you out of your purchasing experience & won't think twice of what they have done. Customer service is not very good. I havent been updated about my order, so have no idea whats going on and where my parcel is.
I purchased a machine on 11/29/24, it is now 12/9/24.
Its been over 10 days and the tracking number shows "LABEL CREATED" and nothing else for 10 days. Upon emailing customer service, I am told "The machine has shipped", yet no machine A WEEK LATER, no shipping updates..... BUYER BEWARE, NOW I HAVE TO FILE A FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH DISOVER CARD.

Ive now had replies to my messages and parcel has arrived, I'm more than happy with it, fantastic product at a good price. After reviewing on here the customer services were brilliant, just wish they could be better with the initial emails. Acknowledgement of the order and a possible timeframe on delivery. It seems that quite a few people have that same problem. When we don't receive those emails, it makes people stress and worry that it may be a scam. That was my main worry at the time.
I made an order today and paid via my card but the conformation for the order came through from PayPal and has no company detail or order details or tracking details. Is this normal?
They actually got back to me quite quickly after I sent them an offline message, with my order details and an offer of a free gift. Said my order has been dispatched. Lets see if it actually arrives. Il update in due course.
Hi, so i recently purchased a premium machine with a side attachement from them which the total cost was over 450$ CAD.
At first i was really worry seeing has the reviews from them are really bad… And my worries are becoming reality.
They shipped the items 2 days after purchase which is fine, shipping went really fast BUT here’s the first hiccup, upon arriving at the “out for delivery” status, the shipping company decided to resend the package to sender because of an “incomplete address” error.
Which means that the sender “Jessky” has put in an address that was has they say, incomplete… now you would agreee with me that this would be THEM “Jessky” at fault…
I sent an email to them, to have them “Jessky” respond to me i would need to pay an extra 50$ for the resent shipping cost!!! This is a SCAM! I am not paying for this since it is THEIR error in the first place and THEY should assume it.
Will either ask for a full refund or if i do recieve the items keep them as it is as i already paid for that order..

Changing my 1 star to 3 star has they were surprisingly extra fast responding to my email about this situation. They will let go of the 50$ extra shipping cost and leave it has is.

I now received the machine that I ordered BUT i had ordered a fitting with it on the same order and i didn’t get it… this is really unprofessional in my opinion and I have yet to get any info on the missing item.
