The whole process was fantastic and the result was outstanding. I had my 84 year old mothers locket restored for her, which she received from my father when she was 21 as a surprise ready for her birthday in March. I was overwhelmed by what I saw when I opened the package on its return, dents not visible anymore and looked as good as new. I would 100% recommended this company and will definitely use again. I was so worried about sending my engagement ring away to be repaired. Jasmine keeps in touch every step of the way and I was constantly updated. My ring returned, earlier than expected and it is as good as new. The repair work is outstanding. I asked for a small diamond to be replaced, for my ring to be straightened and for the other diamonds to be checked to see if they were loose. My ring when returned looked just like it did the day my husband proposed and I took it from the box.
Thank you so so much for repairing such a special piece of jewellery. I will most definitely use your business again and I will be recommending you to anyone that needs something repaired ♥️

I had my wife's cluster diamond engagement ring repaired. The ring is over 50 years old and had lost a small diamond. The ring was repaired and looked like new for a very reasonable price. The repair was prompt and the whole affair of sending the ring off was very easy. We are very pleased with all aspects of the repair and I would, if I needed any jewellery repaired, use this small company.

Great repair of delicate gold necklace. My only gripe was the shock of the shipping costs at £18.00 and there weren't a lot of options and certainly no cheaper options for shipping. I understand the need to insure products but there are different levels of insurance as well.

Great customer service and very happy with the end result. I have reached out via email to this business after googling jewelry repair. Jasmine has been so attentive and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process to give me updates and share the next septs of the process. They managed to repair broken clasps of 3 pairs of earrings from the likes of Monica Vinader, Atolea, AleYole/Ayo, which were gold vermeil/sterling silver. All of the earrings were polished and have more solid clips than when they were new. Would absolutely recommend Jasmine and Jason’s jewelry repair services.

Cannot be happier with results and the service I received. Really understanding and helpful. I needed 2 silver signet rings sized up and sizing beads added, Jasmine was really helpful and communicative. Delivery was quick and on time, will definitely be my go-to in the future for all jewellery needs.

Jason is clearly a very talented and patient guy as my gold hoop was quite badly damaged inside due to being over tightened.

The whole process of getting a quote and sending the ring by post was smooth and re-assuring and I was extremely pleased with the result. I had a ring from my grandmother restored in order to give to my daughter. It was bent out of shape and dull and is now looking like new. The gold and the stones are gleaming.
