I have bought several candles as gifts for family and not once has any of them had over a $2 bill. The candles have nice scents and the jars are wonderful to reuse. Those are the only two things I can say good about this company. Just glad someone is making money hand over fist.

they asked for my age they won’t answer my calls they make you pay to get a gift card they offered and it’s horrible customer service and they took my money and when I asked for a refund they became rude

Save your money!!!! They are a rip off!!!! All i got in the candle was a lousy 2 dollar bill!!! I spent over a 100 dollars!!!!! Such bs!!!!!

Absolutely amazing product!
I just received my order, I got a candle & a Train wax melt. They smell so good, the wax welt will last a long time this thing is huge !

Will never order from them ever again. False advertising they say your order will arrive in 5-7 day. It’s been 2 weeks and still no order. I sent an email to the one on their website and haven’t received any answer. I called the 1800 number and a man answered asking me for my bank information. This company is a complete scam wish I did my research before ordering.

My wife ordered 3 candles for 100 bucks they have jewelry in them and they give you a website to go have it appraised but you click on. The site and it says can't load this site I think this place needs to be held accountable for ripping people off there is no way these 3 little candles are even worth 25 bucks and sorry but we work hard for what money we have to be played with the least you could do is give back 30 bucks to make people feel like they wo. Something instead you go for the quick buck and you get no return customers you fools you could be killing it but no you have piss poor ratings and im sure the BBB and the federal consumers office will be looking into your ways of doing business then you will have a class action lawsuit which you will lose and then have to do jail time and pay back everything you stole plus fines I hope it was worth it but what goes around comes around digdongs

Terrible. Says 5 to 7 days shipping, waiting over 2 weeks with hardly any movement at all. I chose DHL, not fedex but they seen to do whatever they want. Contacted, started or was "storms" causing delays. Now I see why amazon dropped this company. Zero stars!!!! Do not bother buying from them!!!! Rip off!!!! Their false advertising and shipping cost me a gift for a sweet 16 that was last weekend!!!!! Terrible. Never again. Shame on you!!!! Missed my event completely!!!!!!

For the price and paying shipping not worth it I only see it advertised on TikTok and those are the high wins ONLY most likely the sellers advertising

The first order that I purchased was lost by USPS. After going back-and-forth with this person, they told me that I couldn’t get a refund because it wasn’t their fault that it was lost. So I had to get a whole new thing. It arrived quicker than the last one. The packets wasn’t hard to find because the baggies were literally right at the bottom or right at the top melted in. All that for $9… Do not waste your money or time.

Ordered 4 different ones I know it's says only a chance to win more than 2$ but all of them only had a 2$ bill and a 50 cent coin. Scam. And I didn't even have to melt them because the foil was right on top. Don't waste your money.

My husband bought two different ones for my birthday and I received two 2 dollar bills and a half dollar. It's a rip off! All that money for really nothing.

They just stole 49.99 dollars from me they so called delivered it to my house only to have it returned to them. Then had the nerve to tell me it was delivered.

My order took OVER 2 weeks to arrive when I was told it would be there in 5-7 days. I wasn’t going to get upset about that until I got the products. I ordered 3 things and all three things that were different items and different scents somehow smelt the exact same. The quality was absolutely awful and every item had “cash” inside, which was just a 2 dollar bill. Such a scam, absolutely awful posing as a small business. I never leave a negative review but this was honestly such a bad experience.

First thing I want to say is I been seeing TICTOK videos about your product. So that's what made me buy it. This was my first purchase. I want to say it smells wonderful, but it looks nothing like what I paid for. That's the part I'm unhappy with. No I haven't melted down to see how much money was in it. It's really the bear I'm talking about.

If i don't receive it im going through legal action!!! I ordered it April 14th, label created on April 21st.. usps doesn't have the item. Its April 29th. You have til May 21st to ship my item or i will proceed with a law suit

UPDATE: My candle is out for delivery today. May 8th. lol Never again will I order from this company. ~ I can't tell people where they should shop, but the reviews will make your mind up. If you heed the advice that you learn by reading, if you do end up ordering. You will be waiting a good 3 weeks.

I was charged a huge amount for the candle(41.48) and then a second charged came through of 9.99, even though the original charge included shipping already. Do not order from this company!

I order a candle for my birthday and I was so excited to light it up. As soon as I lit it, the flames started going crazy. I gave it a few seconds thinking it would calm down and it didn't. Sparks started flying and I had to blow it out immediately. So I wanted to see if I had my surprise in it and it was just a aluminum foil that's it. When I talked to customer service she didn't want to help. She kept saying it goes through a metal detector. But customer service was poor

I ordered the Bahama Mama cash candle, I received it and let it burn down to the foil showing. I was so excited to open it and see what I had gotten and it was of course just a $2.00 bill. For the cost of the candle even with a online promo code that I searched for that gave me $10.00 off it still was a disappointment especially after watching all the videos of other people getting $100 and more in their candles. The scent is light and smells good but still not worth the price. I wanted to see what I would get from the candle, I did just that and I will not order another one. I learned my lesson from this time.
