its been more than two months with no update/delivery. i deeply regret my experience with his shop

edit: i dont have a problem with the way my order was shipped. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE LACK OF SHIPPING AND UPDATES. I HAVE GOTTEN ZERO AND I MEAN ZERO INFORMATION OTHER THEN MY RECEIPT

I bought from this site after i found it on TikTok and being from Italy, they said that I would have to wait for a month to get it delivered.
It's been 3 months and not only did i not receive my chain, but i wrote 3 emails to see what was happening and got ignored.
my order is #13550, if i get an answer i would like to change my opinion on this site but for now i see it as an absolute scam

Avoid this person at all costs. My experience was nothing short of deceptive from start to finish. The communication was vague, promises were made and never kept, and when called out, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to gaslight me and cover their tracks even flagging my honest review to hide the truth... cant wait again for you to respond its a fake review lol

girlfriend ordered me some earrings off here for my birthday that was amonth ago and havent she did send a email but havent heard anything back yet

No complaints, I've had my chains for years and they still look as good as new. Ngl, if you don't got one you missing out! 10/10

I don't understand the negative reviews I ordered a Mgk necklace, the package took a month for obvious reasons because I live in Italy. The shipment left on December 24, the package was delivered to me on January 15. I was honored with two other mgk chains. For me it deserves 5 stars.

I ordered a Juice WRLD chain for Christmas for my 9 year old son. The original package got lost in transit so I reached out to the seller who not only expedited a new order but also threw in a bunch of gifts. The package arrived just in time and my son loves his new necklaces! I could not be more thankful for the customer service that I received, will be purchasing again soon.

He is a scammer. My tracking hasn't updated for a month now and he doesn't want to help me, instead he blocked me. Also he doesn't have customer support. Scam, stay away from this.

If there was a rating for 0 that’s exactly what I’d put. My son All he really wanted for Christmas was this little juice wrld pendant and I ordered it dec 6th , 3-5 day shipping , never got anything messaged the company dec 12 got a tracking number thought great it’s going to be shipped soon , but negaitive , so I messaged again asking about my order and got nothing so I messaged on the 17 again asking about my order and if I’m not going to receive my item or them send it to usps for shipping then I’m going to cancel since I’m not receiving my product and nothing …. No communication what so ever they don’t answer u they just take ur money no problem . Thank god I canceled with my bank and now his present is coming past Christmas makes me sad for my son thank god I actually bought him a chain that wasn’t cheap . Do not buy from them unless u like giving ur money away and receiving nothing!!!!! **** glad to see your finally replying but again I ordered it Dec 6th heard nothing til 6 days later the 12th when I tried to contact you , I got a tracking number it wasn’t priority , all it said was shipping label created usps is awaiting item from shipper so I waited 5 days later still nothing same thing it said on the 12th , then I waited til the 17th before I messaged a third time to you, and then called my bank to cancel the payment due to u lot sending it . I didn’t send a threatening email I asked for information on my tracking and why the delay received nothing …. I asked again about my order and received no messages explaining to I that this was a present for my son for Christmas and I ordered well way in advance u deleted my reviews in your page lol I wish I looked more into your website there’s a lot of people that don’t get your product and had the same issues . Again thanks for wasting my time and thank god I got my money back . Hopefully no other people get the same experience by your website thinking they will receive the product they order and don’t .

In resume this is completely fraude, and I was scammed, I never received my order, the person is a scammer, when I sent a message to him regarding my orden, he just told me that he sends the items but he doesn't handle the delivery, how it can be?? I lost my money, he blocked me and my comment in his Instagram was deleted, please don't buy in this Page, if you don't want to lose your time and money.

Scammed me out of $80 i communicated with him, he was being a dick about it. I asked him when do the batches ship out. He was a dick about it, blocked me and deleted the comment section on his recent tiktok, i KNOW i am not going to get my stuff or my money back, how do i proceed?

Love this website, been shopping here for years! They have the best artist jewelry hands down and I always get extras with my orders. If you are thinking about purchasing, do it, you won’t regret it!!!
