I placed an order for earrings (Delivery to Poland) on December 2, 2025. Since the initial automated confirmation, it has been total radio silence. No tracking number was ever provided, and they have completely ignored every single one of my follow-up emails. The 'Shop' tracking app remains stuck on 'waiting for details.'

This company uses a classic stalling tactic. They will tell you 'it’s coming' or blame the courier just to push you past the 60-120 day window where a chargeback is possible. Don't fall for it. Legally, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches your door - do not let them shift the blame to the delivery service.

I’ve already recovered my funds via a Revolut chargeback. If you decide to risk it with them, only use Visa or Mastercard so you have protection. If they ghost you for more than 4 weeks, stop waiting and call your bank. Don't be afraid to hit them with a chargeback - it’s the only language these scammers understand.

Ordered for my kids for Christmas…. They have been begging me for necklaces off here for months. Ordered November .27 still have received nothing. :( I paid like 140.00 too so extremely disappointing especially because this was for my kids and they were so excited for this site :( Order 14537

If I could give zero stars I would. You’ll put in an order and you’ll never receive what you paid for. Emailed the company 3 times. No response. Company is fraud. Don’t put an order with this company. You will get scammed

Ordered a necklace 10 months ago and it never arrived, all emails and attempts to reach out on social media where ignored.

Ordered 4 Necklaces from them, waited for 2 months for ANY updates, got nothing including no delivery in that time, they don't respond to your E-Mails, just pure scam from the moment you pay.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IT'S A SCAM!

SCAM.Spent 80 bucks on a chain and it was never shipped I’ve emailed them 3 times and no response and they ignored all my dms on TikTok and instagram

Total scam. First They send you email with order confirmation, then nothing more happens. You just sit and wait. I've tried to contact them on Tik-Tok -> no responce, tried with Instagram -> no responce
Tried with e-mail -> no response. Even they turned off the comments from instagram profile, so noone can complain.

Der Shop wirkt professionell, ist aber nicht vertrauenswürdig.

I placed order #14276 2 weeks ago but since then I haven’t received any updates at all. I sent an email 3 days ago, which also went unanswered. Normally when I order online, I receive multiple status updates during the first week – here, there has been complete silence. Very disappointing in terms of customer service and transparency.

Hello! I placed an order (#14148) on August 17, 2025, for two Sematary pendants from Jewelry Designs by ACE, but I still haven’t received my package. It has already been more than 3 weeks.

Rahat veloitettiin heti - tuote ei saapunut koskaan

Tilasin pojalle kaulakorun. Maksun tekeminen ja tilausvahvistuksen saapuminen toimivat normaalisti ja hyvin. Toimitusaika oli verrattain pitkä, 12-18 arkipäivää. Kun tämä oli kulunut, tarkistin toimituksen tilan uudelleen - se ei ollut lähtenyt.

Lähetin myyjälle sähköpostia, ei vastausta. Odotin muutaman päivän, ja lähetin tiukkasanaisemman sähköpostin - ei myöskään vastausta. Aloitin reklamaatioprosessin luottokorttiyhtiön kanssa.

Vaikuttaa joko täydeltä huijaukselta, tai sitten heillä on vaikeuksia toimittaa Eurooppaan (mutta ei vaikeuksia laskuttaa sieltä). En voi suositella.

I've ordered from jewelrydesignsbyace.com 3 times chains and pendants are fire 🔥 and ive always got my stuff on time and he throws in extra goodies every time worth the wait and money spent i will continue to order from ACE over and over I highly recommend you do the same

I ordered a necklace over 2 months ago and received no order. I have sent several emails asking for an update and received absolutely nothing back, so I guess the rumours that this is a scam business are true!!
Don't waste your money!
