We ordered oak flooring and it arrived on the delivery date and great quality product .

There's something hugely reassuring about calling a company and getting to speak to someone, on answering, with insight, humanity, and knowledge, without any sales pressure. A five minute conversation gave me the confidence to hit go on my order and embark on my first experience of laying a laying a wooden floor in my cottage. The flooring was beautiful, easy to use and matched the sample I'd been sent exactly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Tom provided excellent service from our first enquiry to the completion of the installation of our floor. I will definitely use this company again and happily recommend anyone to do business with them.

We bought the cheapest engineered boards from JFJ because the product is very good and the price is competitive. The product was the 14mm already treated boards. We wanted a thin board because of having underfloor heating. The guys are very knowledgeable, gave good advice on underlay, delivery was fine and when we returned some stock that we didn't use the refund was prompt. What more do you need?

We also recommended JFJ to some friends who bought a different product for their two renovation projects and were equally happy.

I bought engineered oak flooring, stain and oil for a living room which has now been in use for eight months and looks as good as when it was fitted. All of the planks were very accurately machined and easy to install and I was given very good advice from JFJ regarding humidity levels. Would definitely be my first choice for any future projects.

Fantastic family run business with excellent service. I bought SPC laminate flooring for my own home and grandmother's. It's a great product, very robust and easy to install as a DIY project. I don't live far away so went in to their showroom to look at the different colours etc, couldn't be happier with the product and service. Very good value as well I thought.

I recently had to replace a floor that was unsafe and full of worm. I trawled the Internet for prices and availability. As luck would have it the one that stood out was JFJ who were in driving distance. My wife and I travelled up and were welcomed very warmly. A short discussion elicited our needs and we're were shown all the products available. We took away samples and placed our order a few days later. We were in a position to collect the planking ourselves. The product was excellent, no wastage whatsoever. It looks fantastic. Throughout the purchase JFJ were always there if we had a question. It was a big investment and peace of mind was made easy by the staff. I would recommend JFJ as a company and for their products. The price was great too!

This is second time i have used JFJ to buy flooring for my house and they have been superb both times. Wood floor is expensive and a big decision so i had loads of questions (both times) and everyone was so helpful - even after i’d laid the floor. Highly recommend these guys.
