Helped with isolating the rodent issue and telling us where they entered from, also finished the job to a great standard from start to finish. Had no worries and blocked all entries on last visit - very pleased

The company were very prompt to repond to my query and told me that a Technician would get to us the same morning if possible. After our payment had been received, Anthony got in touch to say he was on his way. We discussed the pest issue, and Anthony explained what he needed to do. Hopefully the fungus gnats will not return!

I was anxious about process. The contact staff were helpful, booking by email and follow up by WhatsApp went smoothly. We were advised chemical spray was best for us. Jamie our technician arrived (not looking like ghost busters!) and answered my questions. Then calmly reassured us, he would do his best. He did a fab job.

Very easy process from start to finish.
Steve C was great, explained the process, what the powder does, safety instructions and reminded us to call back in 7 days if we still have an issue and the company will return for a second treatment if necessary.

The service we received was great. We rang up to get an appointment for someone to deal with a wasps nest in our garden. We spoke to someone at 12:15 and Ashley was here a couple of hours later!
He was very professional and friendly,assessing the problem and explaining how he would deal with it.
The whole procedure was carried out safely and efficiently and we were assured we could get in touch again if the wasps were still present after a week as the work is fully guaranteed.
Would highly recommend!

Your prices are higher than others /but the important factor was that you could do the job within my time allowance - A very nice man called Alex came on time ( and after giving me a good time update)- and was able to remove the dead fox and take it away -we also had a good conversation about fox behaviour in general etc which has been very helpful to me. I will definitely recommend your firm in future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Believe what the bad reviews tell you, it’s 100% accurate and the worst customer service you will ever come across. We paid £1800 for a heat treatment that wasn’t even carried out to industry standard, several professionals have since told us that the equipment was wrong and would never have solved the issue which JG would have known. Like all the other reviews say, when they have taken your money, getting hold of them is impossible, they cancelled 7 appointments in a row and made up excuses for managers being absent every single day and cancelling / not showing up to appointments to rectify the situation due to “staffing issues”. We are currently assessing legal options for the stress and financial implications as a result of JGs poor work keeping our whole family out of the house for over a week.

Brilliant - Steve C was fantastic. I saw a mouse on Friday and JG Pest control sent a technician round the next day. Steve C came early in the morning, he explained calmly everything he was going to do to ensure I would not see any mice. He also made me feel so much at ease. He was very professional and really personable. THIS MAN DESERVES A HUUUUGE PAY RISE!!!! Thankyou Steve C and an even bigger thankyou to JG Pest Control. You guys are so professional and really understand what it means to someone to see a rodent in their home. You are head and shoulders above anyone else.

Steven was on time and explained the service fully. He explained how the rat traps worked and what was involved. very knowledgeable.

Rapid, same day visit when I discovered there was obviously a wasps nest in my shed. Good communication and regular updates on ETA for arrival.
The first tech ‘ sprayed’ powder all over contents of my shed , saying he thought nest was in a box at back and that wasp activity should significantly decline after 1st treatment but that a 2nd visit would be needed. Activity was still noted by me 7 days later and I requested 2nd visit to positively identify and kill the nest. I sent video evidence to Customer service who were swiftly responsive and booked 2 nd visit.
Gemma arrived and was very understanding, polite and kept me informed of the steps she was taking to properly treat the nest. The nest was identified, thoroughly treated and hooked out of shed. Gemma went above and beyond to reassure me , she completed the job and was a kind and excellent technician.

Very pleasant helper with an unpleasant but necessary job. Work carried out punctually and efficiently. The pre visit phone call appreciated.

Gemma came out to treat our wasp problem. She is very friendly. Very efficient. Gave lots of reassurance. Very pleased and hopefully our wasp problem will be gone soon.

We recently had a mouse problem and were lucky enough to work with JG Pest Control to resolve the issue. Every single employee of JG Pest Control that I spoke to or interacted with were so polite and friendly, and they really went above and beyond to resolve any issues.
I was so impressed with their customer service and would 100% recommend them for anyone suffering from pest problems!
