JG Pest Control レビュー

Mixed feelings about the service to eradicate the mice/rats in my property as the two men who came we're really pleasant. I was originally put off by the price, however, when discussing the service, I was impressed with the promisse to ensure that during the visit, there would be a full inspection of the property and any entry points would be secured to prevent future issues. After the 1st visit, I was told this would be done on the 2nd or 3rd visit, as they wanted to ensure all the mice/rats were gone first. 2nd visit, I was told it would be done on the 3rd visit. Third visit came. When I asked how they proposed securing the loft, where they had agreed the rats were entering, I was told it was too big a job with all the insulation and there was no inspectionof the loft to see where they may have entered. I was also told that the likely point of mouse entry was the vent blocks outside the house. Great, they'll secure these as promised when agreeing to pay over £250. No... I was told I could order plates from Amazon. Now I must say, the men who visited were knowledgeable, extremely professional and friendly. However, I wasn't provided with the service I paid a substantial amount of money for. Essentially, I had 3 visits of around 10 minutes each where poison was put down, that was it. No full property inspection or securing of the property so this doesnt happen again. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

Excellent all the way around. Fantastic and always available customer service team and the engineer (Nico) was great, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable

Aaron was polite, friendly and respectful of my property and clearly explained what he would do. He quickly got the job done and as yet, a few hours after he left, I have seen no wasps! Fingers crossed it stays that way, but he also said that I can have upto 2 more visits if necessary. Thank you.

Sean the pest control chap was very professional at what he does checking all possible point as where the mice or rats coming in from and even the loft job well done

A very nice man very good at his job let’s hope that’s the last of the wasps

Can recommend Billy who came to our house for pest control. He was thorough and explained what he was doing.

I was happy with the original booking process, but then the engineer never followed the instructions to access the property, where he then left without making contact on the number provided.

They then rearranged for him to come back out the same day, but at that point it was too late for him to access the property.

Adam was on time, efficient and pleasant. He explained all the rationale behind the way the company would be dealing with our problem and we look forward to his follow up visits

Aidan came on a second treatment of a wasp nest, he was very professional in how he explained the treatment and how he carried it out, hopefully it will be successful.

Kept me informed as to time of arrival. Was very clear on where the problem was and how to deal with it.

Kieron was incredibly friendly and polite, explained everything he was doing and the whys and wheres. He succesfully found the likely point of entry into the house and advised us on follow-ups. An excellent service and a very nice young man! Thank you.

Understood indoor wasp issue and treated accordingly.

Plenty of communication for booking and confirmation. I requested a 10 minutes warning of arrival, which was done. Pleasant and confident man arrived with all necessary equipment. Polite regarding neighbours. Guidance given on timescale of effectiveness of treatment.

At last I have found a competent Pest Control Officer to get rid of a wasp nest that has been with me for nearly a month.
Graham came along with clothing protection, a plan and hopefully this will sort my problem out.

Aaron was friendly and helpful.
