FROM HIS FIRST PIECE , made from broken vintage items found at London’s Portobello Market, Jianhui has been creating versatile sustainable fashion from recycled and upcycled materials for almost two decades. His hand crafted wearable art is loved not only by style icons such as Iris Apfel and celebrities like Lily Tomlin, Dame Prue Leith but also prestigious art museums such as MoMa, Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and Museum of Art and Design in NYC runs a special exhibition for Jianhui’s sustainable designs on Earth Day every year. Sustainability is not a trend, but a mission to use resources well and help make our planet greener. This belief is central to everything he does, with his recycled leather collection winning a sustainability award at the NY Now show and his ‘Aqua’ collection being made entirely by hand from recycled plastic bottles and newspapers. Jianhui’s designs and the way he recycles materials have been used as examples in Smithsonian’s text book about climate and sustainability for its worldwide youth education. Jianhui has also been invited for a talk at the Climate School of Columbia University during the Climate Week in 2023. And above all, his designs are flamboyant, playful and simply JUST BEAUTIFUL.

Item does not match picture
The necklace I received does not look like the picture. It has way too much red. Think you sent the wrong item. I would like to return it.

I'm sorry to hear that the color didn't meet your requirements. We did send you the right colour: Hand gilded red with gold. Please check the description.
We hand painted the hearts in red first, then gilded them with gold sheets. It's impossible to make all the pieces the same. That's also the beautify of hand made pieces, comparing to machine made ones.
About this, we also make it very clear on our website as we hand make most of our designs from recycled materials, we can't guarantee all the pieces for the same design will be the same.
Yes, of course, you can return it to us. We have our return policy on our website. I shall also get back to you by email about where to return the necklace, too. We just arrived in NYC and got to go for a meeting now. Talk to you soon via email.

Dear Allison,
Many thanks for your order again. It was dispatched on the 2nd January. As you requested to ship with post office standard service, it generally takes 7 working days from the UK to the US, due to the holiday season, it may be delayed a little bit if you won't get it by the end of this week. UK's Royal Mail service works with USPS in the US. So when the parcel reaches to the US, it also depends on the area you live (rural or in a city) and the USPS service in your area.
We did send you an email on the 27th Dec to explain the delivery date and apologise for the delay due to Christmas and new year our office was closed till the 2nd January.
We do our very best to give our customers the best service. You can see it from our other customers' reviews. If you have any questions or complaints about our service, we'd much appreciated if you could email us.
I'd appreciate if you could let us know when the necklaces arrive.

I have just received my 3rd item ordered from Jian of London and the service I have received was excellent all the orders were made separately and I received the items the following day the last one I ordered it Friday evening and was delivered approx 10,30 Saturday morning brilliant service.
