FROM HIS FIRST PIECE , made from broken vintage items found at London’s Portobello Market, Jianhui has been creating versatile sustainable fashion from recycled and upcycled materials for almost two decades. His hand crafted wearable art is loved not only by style icons such as Iris Apfel and celebrities like Lily Tomlin, Dame Prue Leith but also prestigious art museums such as MoMa, Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and Museum of Art and Design in NYC runs a special exhibition for Jianhui’s sustainable designs on Earth Day every year. Sustainability is not a trend, but a mission to use resources well and help make our planet greener. This belief is central to everything he does, with his recycled leather collection winning a sustainability award at the NY Now show and his ‘Aqua’ collection being made entirely by hand from recycled plastic bottles and newspapers. Jianhui’s designs and the way he recycles materials have been used as examples in Smithsonian’s text book about climate and sustainability for its worldwide youth education. Jianhui has also been invited for a talk at the Climate School of Columbia University during the Climate Week in 2023. And above all, his designs are flamboyant, playful and simply JUST BEAUTIFUL.

Purchase that Different Piece
Jianhui offers unique jewellery that is not widely available. I love the fun nature. It suits my slightly quirky personality well. The prices are reasonable especially since the pieces come from the UK to Australia.This is my second purchase.

Jianhui went above board to provide a very similar substitute to an item I ordered that was sold out. They consulted with me several times to ensure my satisfaction. Upon arrival I was in love with the item!

Not delivered
Ordered a necklace 2 June and still waiting. I ordered something from China(!) same day and it arrived a week ago. The necklace I ordered is for an event end of this week and seems I'm not getting it on time and too late to order smth else :((((

I'm so sorry to hear that the necklace hasn't been delivered yet. But it should't be a reason for you to give us a one-star review:
1. We shipped your order on time with post office service which is what you paid for. If you need it urgently, our UPS Express service would be much faster, usually it's next day to NYC and within 2-3 working days in Europe or Australia.
2. I replied your email right after I got it.
The reason for the delay of your order might've been the Dutch customs. Since Brexit, the Dutch customs have been very difficult. Sadly it's not something that we could control.
Our Online store was launched in 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. In the last 5 years, we use post office to ship some of our orders every day, so far we only had one order to an US customer lost in the post. And we re-sent another necklace to the customer after she confirmed that the necklace didn't arrive 3 weeks after we dispatched it.
I understand your frustration at this kind of situation, but gave us a one-star review for something that wasn't our fault is not fair.
I hope the necklace will arrive safely and please do let us know if it gets lost in the post.
