Great pictures on web site. Lots of information too. Bracelet arrived very quickly. Looks fab, just the same as the pics. Kept welll informed of the progress of my parcel. Delivered on time would recommend and shall be buying more from here in the future v

I dealt with Jane and she was brilliant, really smooth process and for my product (engagement ring) I thought it was a brilliant idea to send a replica out as I wasn't sure of the size which was actually wrong but gave me the opportunity to see that and not have to spent any extra cost in getting resized and I had a week to give the correct size before the ring was made

Absolutely lovely earrings. I had to contact Jian to changes my email address (fat finger typing on my part). So nice to actually speak to someone rather than an automated service.
