There was a problem with shipping that delayed my order. While unfortunate, when I made house of carats aware they took immediate action and stayed in regular contact. I was very impressed with their service. Thank you for your help.

I accidentally brought a ring that was to small and when I asked if I could send it back too get a bigger size they accommodated and helped me send it back and get a bigger size. They were patient and kind and supported me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend ❤️

I was a tad weary at first because the website seemed too good to be true & i've been disappointed before when ordering things online.
However, i took the chance & ordered & i am sooooo happpy that i did!
The jewelry is absolutely STUNNING! SPARKLY & CLASSY! the photos on the website really do not do the items justice. you think its beautiful on the website? just wait until you see it in real life!
The ring i purchased is actually breathtaking!
And the packaging & personal note that came with it was so special & tasteful.
the customer service team are fabulous. really professional & super helpful & friendly.

Thanks to Izzy I received the beautiful tennis bracelet from House of Carat in time for my daughters 21st birthday , unfortunately Royal Mail lost the parcel but Izzy pulled out all the stops to make sure I received it on time, she could not of been more helpful keeping me posted everyday and personally checking on the progress. I Would 100% recommend House of Carat for their beautiful jewellery and outstanding customer service.

Cheap quality items and refuse to give refunds. You could get better quality jewellery from Poundland and better customer service to be honest.

If I could give 0 I would, total scammers, paid for a bracelet was not as advertised, because I had to remove the tiny paper tag to get the bracelet on they have declined a refund.Tag returned with everything. £115 for a paper tag. Terrible customer service, awful quality cheap tat not worth the money. Trying to stop all payments and get chargeback. Update:, so the company tried to get me to accept £40 refund on the bracelet, I refused they said they couldnt sell the bracelet so i said id accept £70 and the bracelet, they ignored me and have sent this cheap piece of tin back. They dont understand consumer rights act 2015. Im not letting this go. Absolute con merchants.

amazing!! this company knows exactly what they are doing, i’ve got loads of their rings and never had an issue with tarnishing or missing jems. honestly incredible for the price and the quality !!!

I ordered the Elodie Brilliant Cut Solitaire Ring from House of Carats (order 242492). My partner tried it on before deciding whether to keep it — which, of course, meant removing the tag. You wouldn't try on a jacket with the coat hanger still in it. She didn't like it, so we returned it promptly.

The company refused to refund. I told them not to even bother sending it back — they ignored that too and returned it anyway. So they've kept my £90 and sent back a ring my partner hates and will never wear.
Our bank couldn't intervene as the no-returns-once-tag-removed policy is buried in their terms — so apparently this is all above board.

Is it technically legal? Seemingly. Is it ethical? Not remotely. A policy designed to trap customers who simply tried on the product they were considering buying is predatory, not protective. Ignoring a customer's explicit instructions about the return just adds insult to injury.

For context, I subsequently found a near-identical ring on the world's largest online retailer — the one that delivers to your door the next day — for under £30. Free returns, no questions asked. My partner loves it. The contrast is hard to ignore.

I approached House of Carats to ask if there was any chance they could arrange a speedy delivery of earrings for a special birthday present. The reply was almost instant, and a few days later the earrings arrived in plenty of time. My communications with Kath at Carats was a pleasure, and the service was exemplary. This was my second purchase from Carats, and it won’t be my last!

I wasn’t informed in advance that customs would be liable on my order. I ordered in Euro so presumed not. I refused the delivery because of this. The interaction with customer services was appalling! They didn’t contact me at all I had to instigate all communication. They received item back. Still nothing from them. When I contacted nearly three weeks later they said they were waiting to see how much they were going to charge me for this!! No more contact from them and then I see a refund on my bank app less €14 for refusing the delivery. Rubbish service. Bordering on a scam. Avoid

Don’t waste your money on this, bought ring after couple of months the gold plating completely tarnished got replacement which was fine… until replacement did exact the same thing, emailed them saying that I have this issue second time and they said that this is due to normal wear, I’m sorry?! Ring is made to loose all plating due to wear?! Ring is not made for purpose then! Waste of money rings from SHEIN lasted me years compare to this overpriced crap!

The incredible customer service I received from this company, and Gina, is the best I’ve ever had. I needed to exchange a product well outside the timeline and absolutely nothing was a problem. Do not waste your money on this ring Altia Brilliant Cut Eternity Ring Gold -,,,, the ring digs into your skin on the finger beside the ring finger, a waste of money the ring looks great in its box as im unable to wear on my finger
