I was given credits to buy apparel and they would not let me use it. Jiffy took the credit away, and didn't respond to any of my questions to why.

My entire order was done wrong
My entire order was done wrong. I know Jiffy sources out to different companies to complete transfer orders but this one was awful. I submitted a claim on the 7th and have yet to hear back.

I started using Jiffy back in 2024 when I started my business. They’ve grown significantly since then. For the most part they do a great job, I’ve ordered plenty of times from them. However, the past year their fulfillment times have taken longer so I’ve had to find other reliable vendors. I still use Jiffy, and I’m happy for their success. Just don’t forget about the customers that helped you along the way. Thank you!

Customer service is unresponsive.
Customer service is very slow/unresponsive. I need something corrected asap and can't get a response. No one answers the chat. I sent an email and got a response that the email is not supported. Clicked on the link for customer service and the built in options do not address my problem. I needed to reorder again because my 2nd order did not match the color of my original order. My first order said it would be delivered next day. It was a week. 2nd order came a different color. I would like to talk with someone about making changes.

Very Happy Customer!
I've purchased my shirts from Jiffy for many years and really love the prices and how quickly I can get my items. I love Jiffy even more now that they offer transfers. I can easily download my gangrolls to Jiffy and my DTFs arrive quickly, usually the next day!
