The delivery delayed 2 times
The delivery delayed 2 times, it's must be delivered Wednesday, then they said Saturday then arrived on Monday.
I couldn't finish my orders and deliver it on time.
Naw I have another order and I am afraid to be late again.
I need it in Wednesday.

Customer service is unresponsive.
Customer service is very slow/unresponsive. I need something corrected asap and can't get a response. No one answers the chat. I sent an email and got a response that the email is not supported. Clicked on the link for customer service and the built in options do not address my problem. I needed to reorder again because my 2nd order did not match the color of my original order. My first order said it would be delivered next day. It was a week. 2nd order came a different color. I would like to talk with someone about making changes.

I've purchased my shirts from Jiffy for many years and really love the prices and how quickly I can get my items. I love Jiffy even more now that they offer transfers. I can easily download my gangrolls to Jiffy and my DTFs arrive quickly, usually the next day!

Great experience

I was not happy with my design
I was not happy with my design. It was too busy but they have replaced new ones for me. They have been great with keeping me updated and worked with me.. they didn’t have to but they did. I can’t say enough good things about them. They have been tremendous!! Not everyone business deals with you like Jiffy!! Thank you for working with me and making me happy.. ☺️

I have had nothing but a positive experience with jiffy. When I had an issue with my order, they had excellent customer service - fixed the issue, and I was satisfied. and the clothing items that I have purchased have been good and they have quick shipping. Overall good experience!

Jiffy is radio silent
I usually have no issue with Jiffy and am usually very satisfied with the quality and fast shipping. However, recently Jiffy switched mail carriers to deliver my package without me knowing and my order was returned to Jiffy. This was a time sensitive package and a week later I still don’t have my order. I have received ONE response from Jiffy stating I would receive a $10 refund for shipping when my shipping was already free. I am not able to get a response via chat or email, and there is no customer service number to call. All I want is to receive my order. I feel I will have to take further action since Jiffy has failed to offer a solution or simply respond.

Constant delays on shipping lately
I would have to say I liked jiffy up until the last few weeks. Everything i order has been delayed. Granted I got credit to my account for the troubles for first order but I'm still waiting week later and now another order I just put in I just got email in shipping delay. Puts me on hold for customers when I give them a day it will be ready and it's not.

No response on lost package
A package that I paid a lot for only part of it came. I've tried to reach out. I did the voice chat I emailed. I filled out what I needed to fill out as far as a refund with my order number. No response and then I get a response and it's as if I never even filled anything out and once again I'm ignored again so I'm out 30 some dollars not to mention on a package that was delivered elsewhere. So I will never order from this company again because it is too hard to try to get a hold of anybody. No phone numbers. You can't talk to anybody, the voice chat thing or whatever the live chat does. Nothing for you. Billing stuff out does nothing for you so you lost a customer and a few others that I had bragged about this company to will not be ordering from you either because of fear that this could happen to them and there's no way to actually get a response or refunded or anything. You're just out your money and out your package. Not happy at all
