I was not happy with the delay of…
I was not happy with the delay of shipment. It was delayed at warehouse. When ordered it showed it would deliver on Tuesday. Didn't get until Friday. These items were needed by FRIDAY! I sent a message on chat to no avail. The only reason I ordered was due to getting items in time. Tues to Friday is a Major delay.

I have an issue with an order
I have an issue with an order. I use the chat feature. I started at 1pm on Saturday and waited till 3 no answer then it just disconnects. There is no help at all.

Let me tell you about the emotional roller coaster this company put me through in less than 24 hours.
I needed transfers. Not next week. Not eventually. I needed them YESTERDAY.
I had finished products that absolutely HAD to be delivered Monday, so when I saw Jiffy advertising next-day delivery, I thought I'd found my miracle.
I placed my order Friday, only to discover at checkout that my estimated delivery date was MONDAY.
Monday?! 😭
The same Monday my finished products were supposed to be in someone else's hands?!
Cue the panic, disappointment, and mental gymnastics of figuring out how I was going to pull off the impossible.
But apparently, Jiffy doesn't just deliver transfers. They deliver plot twists.
Because by NOON on SATURDAY, my order was sitting at my door!
Not Monday. Not Sunday. SATURDAY.
And the transfers? ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.
Beautiful quality, exactly what I ordered, and delivered fast enough to save my deadline AND my sanity.
I went from wondering how I was going to explain a missed deadline to having everything I needed with plenty of time to finish the job.
Jiffy.com, you have officially earned yourself a repeat customer!

Jiffy is superior in every way
Jiffy has the best selection for the best price. I haven’t had much need for customer service bc every order has been right on with few exceptions. The couple of orders in the many I’ve had that I had any issue with was handled above and beyond my expectations. That’s why I keep coming back to Jiffy.
