Constant delays on shipping lately
I would have to say I liked jiffy up until the last few weeks. Everything i order has been delayed. Granted I got credit to my account for the troubles for first order but I'm still waiting week later and now another order I just put in I just got email in shipping delay. Puts me on hold for customers when I give them a day it will be ready and it's not.

No response on lost package
A package that I paid a lot for only part of it came. I've tried to reach out. I did the voice chat I emailed. I filled out what I needed to fill out as far as a refund with my order number. No response and then I get a response and it's as if I never even filled anything out and once again I'm ignored again so I'm out 30 some dollars not to mention on a package that was delivered elsewhere. So I will never order from this company again because it is too hard to try to get a hold of anybody. No phone numbers. You can't talk to anybody, the voice chat thing or whatever the live chat does. Nothing for you. Billing stuff out does nothing for you so you lost a customer and a few others that I had bragged about this company to will not be ordering from you either because of fear that this could happen to them and there's no way to actually get a response or refunded or anything. You're just out your money and out your package. Not happy at all

When I ordered long sleeve shirts for adults and received short sleeve and. I send an email letting them know and they said they will send me the shirts I never received them.

Damaged items
I bought serval sweatshirts and one had a small hole in it and I contacted you and you sent another one out and it came and when I took it out I thought it felt very light compared to the others and when I went to make it for my customer I seen writing in the sleeve of it and I contacted you and you said IF I get a replacement it would be here on the 12th. when I place a normal order my order is here the next day or the day after. I was really needing that sweatshirt by the weekend to get it to my customer. I ordered from Amazon, it’s just a little bit more in price, but after you all charge shipping it ended up being cheaper.

I was not happy with the delay of…
I was not happy with the delay of shipment. It was delayed at warehouse. When ordered it showed it would deliver on Tuesday. Didn't get until Friday. These items were needed by FRIDAY! I sent a message on chat to no avail. The only reason I ordered was due to getting items in time. Tues to Friday is a Major delay.
