si vous chercher une entreprise sérieuse passer votre chemin... j'ai commander 2 mineurs neuf qui fonctionne mais ne respecte en rien la fiche technique ( moins de hashrate et + de consommation qu'annoncer ) En moyenne 20% de conso en plus. âpres avoir signalé l'incident on na demander de mettre a jours les mineurs chose que j'ai fait de suite. malgré cela ça na rien changé. j'ai demander un retour vu que ça ne fonctionne pas correctement depuis le départ et on me le refuse.... méfiez vous!! pour prendre votre argent il y a du monde! pour assurer un vrai service âpres vente il n'y a plus personne...

quel beau discourt waouh cependant il est faux archis faux . je préfère prévenir les autres clients quand on ce fait avoir de 3750usd il faut faut savoir le dire que ça n'arrive pas a d'autre. vous vous engage a fournir un service d'excellence!!! je dirais juste faite votre travail déjà avant de vouloir faire de l’excellence.... votre service âpres vente est mort cela fait 1 mois que vous éviter de me répondre et vous me demander de patienter.vous envoyé du matériel pas fini au client et quand on demande un retour il est refusé j’ appel ça une arnaque. Chacun ce fera son idée...

3 étoiles parce que ça fonctionne mais en revanche quelqu’un peut /sait me dire au bout de combien de temps on voit quelque chose tomber dans sa cagnotte parce que ça fait 24h qu’il tourne mais toujours à 0$… infos si quelqu’un en a à ce sujet merci d’avance !

Regarding this purchase in question (Order #3232), you know that you acted wrongly, failing to comply with everything agreed upon. You were not able to provide the support required and requested by Customs, during the customs inspection process. Once the equipment was returned to your facilities, and the merchandise was inspected on site; you did not comply with your return policies (refund of my money), nor with what was promised to me. Ethically, I do not believe that this is the scenario to discuss this issue; I tried to do so with you (with your entire work team) via email, and you did not give me the relevant attention. I just want to alert any future buyers with my comment about the latent risk that anyone who tries to do business with you could have; due to the fact that you do not comply with your own return policies, and your lack of empathy.

I had 6 X-Bricks sent to me. The Question should be ask where are shipping to. The shipment arrived in a timely fashion. 5 out the 6 worked. The one that didn't work I asked for are replacing they offer me $50 reimbursement. I Stated that would not cover the cost of the equipment and 4 USA plugs 🔌 that was missing. So I had to come out my pocket for power. A sales representative contact but offered me to buy more equipment. I am willing to give any one a try but I let you decide for yourself if you want to or not.

JingleMining is legit. The process was smooth from start to finish and I am very satisfied with my purchases. I was impressed by Laura's professionalism, knowledge and patience. Her communication style is fantastic and although I ran into a snag withdrawing cash on my Coinbase account, she made sure to hold on to those miners for me.

Customer service is prompt to respond considering the fact that I am based in the United Kingdom and they are in China. Also their return policy is legit as I am a beneficiary of that. My only advise is that they make a better tutorial on how to set up the solo jingle miner.

Esta marca es un engaño. Continuamente sacando nuevos modelos con hardware viejo, y nunca actualiza el software para aprovechar las variantes del mercado Crypto. 6 meses después de sacar un nuevo ASIC, se olvidan de los clientes y sacan nuevos gabinetes. No se dejen engañar. Me tienen vetado de los canales oficiales por denunciar ésto. Usan el mismo hardware se siempre con variantes en los gabinetes, y prometen sacar actualización para NICEHASH y DUAL MINER y nunca lo hicieron, se reservan el software para los modelos nuevos

Esta es mi primera vez que compro ASIC de Jingle Mining. Nico como vendedor ha sido responsable de todo el servicio, estuvo muy atento a mis dudas y pendiente del seguimiento en el envio. y Lud como ingeniero, me ayudo en la configuracio. deseo comprar otro segundo Asic X16Q. Nico también me actualizó con el número de seguimiento tan pronto como lo recibió. Buena experiencia.
