It's SCAMS DON'T BUY IT. review 5 star is SCAMS too. I have placed an order since the beginning of January and still have not received anything. the money is received very quickly but the order has not been sent for several months. Customers services so bad

I ordered clothes for a trip and thought that a month was enough buffer time for the products to get shipped out and arrive. It’s now been TWO MONTHS since I placed that order and they are still in “awaiting shipping” status. These items were not marked as pre-order or low stock items and I haven’t received a single update on the delay - unacceptable. Don’t waste your money here because even if you do end up with what you ordered, it will take a ridiculous amount of time for it to arrive.

I bought from j.ing before and it took about a month for my order to get here, and everything was great, BUT when I ordered this time, I never got a confirmation email. I placed my order January 27th and almost 2 months later, still nothing. I keep checking the website and all it says is "Awaiting shipment." I emailed customer service twice and still haven't gotten a response. Just really want to know what's going on.

DO NOT ORDRR FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have not received my order after two months of placing it. I have reached out to customer services 10 times and DM’ed them and they don’t respond!!!
This is a scam!! Please report this company.!!

I placed an order on Feb 20th (three weeks ago), I received an order confirmation, but they never sent a shipping confirmation and I never received my order. I emailed them a week ago, no response. Afterwards I saw a lot of 1-star reviews on this site, I was sad I didn't seem them beforehand. I ordered successfully from JING in 2020 so I thought they were legit. Now I'm alarmed to see how many 5-star reviews they are on here — they must all be scams, notice how they all have the same style of being about one item specifically? That's really deplorable, if they can't reply to customer service questions but they can send out fake reviews.

Heed the warning of the other negative reviews! I placed a $500 order 1.5months ago and never received it. Order still says "processed".
It was never shipped. I emailed company NUMEROUS times. The only reply was that "due to covid and items I have being in back order, or can take longer".

Nothing I ordered is on backorder. And "covid" is not the issue (otherwise, the site would state this)

10 emails later, they asked why I'm asking to cancel...."duh, the same reason I told you 10x already"

Then back to no replies again.

I ordered my jacket in December. They delivered it to a wrong address and NO Customer service agent is accessible through the phone.
I ordered a 'Gainsboro Premium Wool Double-Breasted Collared Longline Coat'. If you look at the review photos closely they all look like they've taken in highly professional, clean, artistic backgrounds. Doesn't look like authentic reviews. Please do not fall into their scam! doesn't matter if they have any discount going on for a 'limited time'. DO NOT BUY! The same discount has been going on for a few months now. And that count down for the discount code to end has been going on for infinity. LOL. SCAM WEBSITE

My order was placed in January 2023. Never came ! Never! Customer service always told me to wait.

I ordered a dress about a month ago. It still hasn’t shipped and they are ignoring my emails. Disputing with the bank in process. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

*UPDATES* Still haven’t received an email from them after emailing them the second time. Still absolutely nothing received from the order that was placed almost two months ago. This company doesn’t deserve any stars rating at all.

The only good news is I placed a dispute charge to the bank account that was used for that order and I was credited the money back! Yay!

Over 3 months.. still no parcel.
I've ordered from them a few times and always received the items. This time i ordered in November 2022 during black friday sales, and the parcel has still not arrived in March 23. I have emailed them 3 times to alert them of this and ask what has happened and if i can receive a refund, but I have not yet received a response and it has been 3 months since I first tried to reach out.
Very disappointed as I love the style they sell and have a few pieces from them i love.

Placed an order on 1/27/23. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The original email said so would receive a tracking number once shipped. As of 3/10/23 no confirmation email. I’ve emailed three times with no reply. I reported them to my credit card fraud department yesterday. Hoping to get a refund. These guys are frauds. They sell items they don’t have. They don’t respond to emails. They text me everyday with sales. They are quick to take your money then they forget you exist.

tldr; returned items and didn't get my money back

I contacted support to make a return and got a reply then they stopped responding. I then reached out via Instagram and talked to Wendy who tried to offer me some store credit to keep the items which I declined. Then she gave me the return address and I purchased my own shipping label to return my items. After the shipping said it was delivered, I reached out to see if my return was being processed. They asked for my paypal email which I provided and told me it would be 10-12 business days. After that time had passed and I still did not receive my refund, I reached out again and they said the refund needs to be approved but they would try to prioritize my refund (doesn't make any sense as I already returned my items). I still have not received my refund

This company is NOT LEGIT. Items never sent. They kept over $1000. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! All the positive reviews are fake. Don't get scammed!!

I ordered a gorgeous dress in January 2023 for a wedding in mai and still did not receive it despite the tracking states it has been delivered.
I contacted the company 2 times by email and didn't receive any answer.
I am starting to wonder if it will ever arrived and after having looked reviews on trust pilot, I tend to think that I lost 40$ and will never see the dress.
Is this company a scam ? I questioning. It is the first time i have an issue like that with internet purchase and I order a lot on internet. Make yourself your own opinion on that, but something is not working well with their business for sure.
