I got some refund from J.ING after I put news on here. They are refunded some money on gift card for me. So funny. What do you think?Do you think I will buy something from you later? Give me all money back!

FRAUD - DO NOT PLACE ORDER. I ordered an item March 14, I have asked for a status 2 times and each time they say it is about to ship and I will receive shipping information. I ordered 3 items and more than likely will never receive them. I am about to file a BBB complaint and an complaint with my states Department of Consumer Protection so the company is not allowed to do business in our state. Cancel my order if you do not have the items, and refund my $.

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT SHIP, THEN THEY WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.

Like many others, I placed my order in November 2022. 4 out of 5 items shipped. It is now March 2023, and I still did not get the last item, but they charged me for it. I contacted them in February 2023 asking for a refund since it is now 3 months and I havent gotten the item. Initially, I got a reply saying they will refund me. Now another month and a half, I still did not get my refund nor my item. I have tried contacting them again on three other occasions, and still no response. This company will charge you upfront for items and if they don't ship, they won't respond to your emails nor would they refund you. Essentially, they will steal your money.

Side note, my opinion is that they will try to delay your claim until too long has passed for you to dispute the charge. The other thing is, if they steal a small amount, they would hope customers won't bother to go through the dispute process for it. This company is NOT trustworthy at all.

I ordered a lovely sweater in December, 2022, and it’s now March 28th, 2023, and I haven’t received it. It’s difficult to get the company to respond to emails, and their telephone number doesn’t work. My advise is not to order from this site.

Never received anything after placing order on March 16.

Placed a large order over 8 weeks ago for a dance performance. My account still says ‘awaiting shipment’ with NO RESPONSE to any of over 5 emails, and nobody answers the phone.
Had previously ordered two items from them so I thought it was trustworthy, but even then - they say items are returnable, yet don’t answer emails requesting the required Return authorization - so I was stuck with an extra $100 outfit that didn’t fit. Now after spending over a thousand dollars on this large order two months ago, I will have to dispute the charge due to not receiving any of the items.

scammers, do not buy anything from this company. been waiting for my items since 17/11/2022.

I wish I could give no star to this business. I ordered five items on December 29, 2022, I had been waiting for a month, and there were no actions on my order. I sent the first email on 01/13/2023 to them - no replies at all. On 01/18/2023, I sent another email hoping they would say at least they had worked on my order or even that my order had to cancel. Today, 03/22/2023, I tried to call them, but they asked me to leave a voicemail or email. I have tried everything I can, but I have no clothes, no money back, and no reply to J.ING. Do not treat your customers, like a fool.

SCAM. It’s been a month and a half and I still have not received my order. When I emailed customer service I was told my order is processing and I will receive and email when it is shipped. A week later and I still have not received shipping updates. I will have to dispute this charge because theyre trying to STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! COMPLETE TRASH

I placed an order with them well over 2 months ago that still has not shipped with no updates sent out. When I contacted them (through Instagram and their customer service email), I received the same response both times (although there were many other times that they didn't respond at all). They said "I have checked and your order is processing and will be shipped. You will soon receive a shipping update email with Tracking number." That was a month ago. I still haven't received any tracking number or updates. I purchased from them once before- while sizing is all over the place (I've ordered from S to XL, very inconsistent), I can only assume something has gone downhill and they are having major issues.

DO NOT buy from them. It looks like some people got their orders but like many others, I ordered from them in Jan 2023 and never received it. As of the date of this post it's been over 2 months since I placed it. There is no phone number and the emails either came back undeliverable or were simply not answered. DO NOT buy from them - unless you want to risk having them take your money and steal from you. It's up to you if you want to take that risk.

I purchased items from Jing a week ago and I haven’t heard anything and I emailed to them. But I haven’t got any messages so far. Then I feel suspicious and I saw these bad reviews. I found out lots of people complain about this brand… I’m so sad and mad. Please don’t waste your money like me!!!

I think this website was scam because my order never shipped out, and they're still charge my money already. I try to email them but they are not working properly so I'm sure they are scammers....

I ordered last week, wihout any pre-order items. It has been a week, but no updates. I contacted them via email and wechat, but NO replies ever. I want my money back, but nothing I can do. This company is totally messed up and does NOT worth my money. NEVER order on J.ING!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Just like the other reviewers. I bought from this site multiple times and got my items then suddenly they stopped being a reputable company. I ordered from them in December 2022. I never received a shipping code, never got any responses to multiple emails I sent them. It’s extremely unprofessional. It is now March 2023. Either refund me my money or provide me with some type of status update. I’m so mad and want to take legal action because this is wrong what they are doing to us. Just give me back my money

I really like this pair of trousers. The unique green color matches well with white tops. There is an elastic band on the back, so it is still very comfortable wearing it after having a big meal and the waist becomes a little bit larger in size.

DONT BUY FROM THEM. I used to use this site all the time to order clothes. But suddenly they stopped shipping everyone’s orders and I never got a refund. They stopped posting on social media too even though they keep updating their website. If you look at their Instagram you will see tons of similar comments saying they never got their orders and that J.ing isn’t responding to their emails. I’ve been waiting 4 months with no responses to my emails or refunds. It seems like they just took the money and ran. Other reviews may be from longer ago. I used to have a fine experience with them and used them CONSTANTLY. But I will never again.

My order has never came. I made an order in January and now it’s been more than 2 months, but nothing has been shipped. Contacted them via email to ask for the progress of my order and refund if they are out of stock, but no response at all. I’ve ordered twice before and it always came within a month, but this time I’m very disappointed. There’s something wrong with the management now. The clearance sale lasts forever since Black Friday.

I got the same experience with one reviewer: My order hasn't gaven me a shipping date after 1 and half month. Also customer care doesn't respond my phone calls and emails. No communicate, no responsible.

Complete Scam. This business needs to be shut down. I never write bad reviews, but I ordered from them one time. I paid priority shipping and the order took about two months to arrive. I returned a few items, and they sent an email saying they received the return. 7 months later, dozens of emails, and still no refund. They’ll respond occasionally with b.s. excuses but it’s all a complete scam.
