I agree with the previous reviews!! I bought two items on their website over 2 months ago and still have not received item or any updates. I emailed their customer care multiple times and have not received any response. They took payment but does not deliver your item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I placed my order, 2 months ago, but the item has not been sent. I kept emailing them, and they replied once saying it will be sent soon. That was over a month ago and they are now ignoring all emails that I have sent. I finally got tired of waiting and sent an email to request a refund, but they ignored me and said it was going to be sent out soon. Now, I emailed them ahain for another time asking for a refund and they just dont reply anymore. I have purchased clothes here before so I thought this site was safe, but seems more like a scam now. I do not recommend purchasing from here.

Placed an order over a month ago. Order never shipped. Contacted their support and they promised it would be soon. Contacted them a week later asking to cancel the order and refund me but never got a reply.

Luckily I paid with PayPal so all I had to do was submit proof to them and I got a full refund.

Seems to me they don’t actually have the clothes they advertise anymore so when people place orders all they do is hold onto the money.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter’s junior high dance on February 5, 2023. Two months later and I haven’t received ANYTHING from the company. I have sent the customer service line emails but no response. They haven’t even replied. Do not order here if you need anything in a timely manner.

The customer service is horrible because it is nonexistent. Buyer Beware.

I question if this company is legitimate . Purchased a tweed suit payment made on date of purchase 3/16/23. Credit card charged . Tracking says item was delivered. No garments received as of yet . Emailed two days in a row multiple times , email reply says sender rejects email. Called number several times and they are never available even during calls made during their business hours . Buyer beware !

It's been nearly 11 months and I still did not get my refund and they never respond. Jing received my return items, but refund was never processed since 9/16/22.

This place is a complete scam. It has been over two months and I have not received even shipping confirmation. I’ve tried to contact customer service a number of times but they do not respond with anything other than we will send you a confirmation when it ships.

The customer service is so bad, i didn’t receive my order, nor got reply or a refund. It’s ridiculous. They probably blocked my email. Ive been trying to reach out but nothing.

AVOID THEM.

I placed two orders in February 2 an Feb 19, - it’s April still haven’t received my orders. I would not recommend them.

Ordered 1 top in January and abit later 5 items in February. It's April and both orders have NOT ARRIVED. After contacting customer service 5 times no one responds to me OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS. I notice they are still running their massive 40%-80% off sale since December. All to take your money without shipping the goods. AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible shipping. I placed an order in February - it’s April still haven’t received my order. Customer service tells me it’ll be shipped in the 5-7 business days… it’s been 2 month almost. Horrible experience. I would not recommend them.

Do not order anything from j.ing it’s a scam. I placed an order since march 5 2023 and it’s already one month and I never receive my order.

The company is the worst I have ordered from. It has been 4 months (ordered November 18,2022) and I have still not received my package or any items. I have been patient because small businesses take longer to ship. But it should not be taking 4 months to ship my package. I have emailed the customer care every week because they are slow at responses. I only received one email back with them telling me to “check my tracking number and send a picture of it back to them”. It has been another week and they still haven’t gotten to me. Again horrible online clothing service to order from.
