Efficient and competent

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle arrived as arranged and whole process was very straightforward.

From start to finish your sales man helped me pick a new car, with added requirements. He went through the paper work and financial obligations leaving me feeling a valued customer.

Service and everything explained clearly

Had another great experience at J&J Cross Hands. This is our second time visiting, and once again the service was excellent. Rob was especially helpful in finding the right car for us—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy. We visited J&J Motors in Bridgend looking to purchase a new car. We met Josh who was a great help. He explained our options clearly and explained everything really well. On car pick up day, Josh was again superb, explaining all the paperwork and how the app worked with the car and taking us through all the features of the new car! From start to finish Josh and the other members of staff were great. We highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a new car as their service is second to none!!

After making the decision to trade in my Suzuki for a new hybrid model, I approached salesman Tom Crosbee who was more than helpful to assist. I’d been given the opportunity to have a solo test drive. Tom helped me through the process of retaining my cherished registration plate and explain any other issues that arose. Darren, the service department Manager was also helpful in providing me with estimated future servicing costs. The new car was ready on the date promised and all in all it was a very smooth handover.
I find all the staff at J & J Motors Bridgend very helpful and polite.

Customer service was excellent, Marc was really helpful, he didn't put us under pressure to make a decision on our choice of car. He kept us updated from the minute we ordered the car until we picked it up today. He also told us to ring anytime if we needed any help.

The salesman Rob kept me informed of progress during the 2weeks before purchase, and on the day I exchanged cars he took his time to fully explain the process nd show how the smaller but important its nd bits of the car worked.
