Hi Phil,
Slight confused by the 1 star review as you ordered on the 9th July 2025 and chose the standard 4-6 working day delivery option… please allow for the full quoted time frame (17th July 2025) for your order to arrive. If you needed it sooner we offer Next day or Express (2-4 working days) on all orders.
Kind regards

Really good customer service
Really good customer service . The prints always turn up quickly as long as you haven’t ordered on a weekend . But it will still be quick . Quality of the work is great . I’ve had now personally 4 done by them some family some pets and some well known film actors like the king of cool Steve McQueen . You don’t have to use the photos choose your own and upload it it’s that simple . One thing being a bonus has I’ve had 1 on my fall of the wall from some height but only dented the corner which isn’t noticeable. So definitely strong enough to take and hits or force to it .
Go for it turn a wonderful photo into something even better 🫡😎🥂

I was very excited to receive my print
I was very excited to receive my print. Shipping was very quick. Unfortunately upon unpackaged, I realized the bottom left corner was damaged either before packaging or during transit. I contacted JJ prints on their WhatsApp business account and they replied to me with a resolution to the issue making things right. Happy customer here and will continue to do business with them in the future :)

Great print. Great value. Great service.
I ordered a 2m x1m Dibond art print from my artwork supplied, and not only was it an excellent price and great quality, but it was delivered a few days earlier than I thought, perfectly packed. Cant wait to get it up the wall of the business. Very helpful too in the enquiry stage and artwork prep.

Hi Ricky,
This is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction with your order and to leave a review without giving us the opportunity to make it right is extremely frustrating. We're sorry to hear you aren't 100% satisfied with your print and being one of our top 3 best sellers and most highly reviewed designs im slightly shocked to hear about your view of the print. As per our terms and conditions you are still within the returns period should you wish to your return your order for a full refund. Please reach out to us via email for the details on how to return.
many thanks,
Co-founders Josh & Jack
