JK is an unbelievable coach with knowledge only professionals would have the understanding of knowing.

The mindset, the consistency and the determination of JK is second to none. I would recommend him to anyone, whether that is for cutting fat, to increase you performance, whether that is strength based or performance based.

Nothing but good to say.

This coach is REAL - you don’t just get a program and then you’re left alone. He really works together with you and you will realize the reason why you eat the way you do. He asks the very right questions and you have to reflect over things that you would never think it had to do with your eating habits. He works with your brain, meal plans, nutrition and training and your mindset. This is amazing coaching that will not give you a quick fix but long term results. Best coach ever!

I honestly can’t put into words how joining JK has changed my life.
He got me off my backside and helped me get my weight loss back on track! Weekly checkins, a support group on WhatsApp, it’s like being part of a family.

Both Jon and Zoe are the best in the business for me, there more than just a coach, can’t thank them enough for everything. They genuinely care for you and not just your money as other coaches, they love improving you in every aspect of life. There an absolute credit to the fitness industry and we need more like them!

I feel as though it’s only right I post my feedback on here.
23 stone yes that’s 140 kg.
Down to 18 stone in just six months.
Probably could have got more off if I stuck to plan.
What jk physique does is different to other coaches.
I’ve beaten records , overcome challenges and many more.

But most important I’ve made my smile bigger and my waistline smaller.
It’s been that good I’ve signed up for a further 6 months to see what else I can achieve.
The support has been great from day one.

Honest up front an no bs.
To anyone looking to sign up if u listen you will learn a the results will come.

This isn’t a health kick it’s a lifestyle change !!!!!!

I have been meaning to do this review for over a week now as I have asked this man about 3000 questions a day and he still replies to every single one. I signed up only 2 weeks ago so still very early days, however, I am really impressed. The time Johnathan has taken to review my medical history alone, concerns and goals was brilliant. It wasn't just generic and thrown out within a day he really took the time to understand my goals. Since doing this the improvement has been quite dramatic which is what has shocked me the most. He is very straight talking which does not suit everyone but for me personally I love it and no grey areas for confusion. Jonathan and Zoe are really passionate about what they do and as a team they are fantastic. For someone who is very knew to this way of training and to know I have had someone there to answer everything has been so useful for me.

My first interaction with JKphysique was on a discovery zoom call. From the minute I got to know Jon, I could tell he was a genuine coach who always had his clients best interests in mind. I was skeptical about paying for a coach at first but it has been by far the best decision I have ever made! The realism that Jon gives you and his constant support and ability to answer any questions however big or small is amazing. The knowledge and habits I have picked up from my time with Jon, I will take with me for the rest of my fitness journey. I am incredibly proud of my transformation from when I started with JK and I could not have done it without him. Take a look at his instagram page, the results really do speak for themselves. Not got a bad word to say about him and I urge anyone who is thinking about getting a coach to take the leap and do it, you won't look back.

Jon is honestly a fantastic coach! He totally gets your fitness goals and really pushes you to help you achieve your best results. His dedication and love for what he does are top-notch. Thanks to him, I've shed a lot of that lockdown weight now and have a good knowledge of what to eat and put in my body. If you're in the market for a coach, I wholeheartedly endorse Jon! 👊

I highly recommend Jk physique if you are stuck and you don't feel you can get the results you want on your own, John is extremely professional and he's the COACH I've written in capital letters because he is so passionate about what he does that no matter what the struggle is he’ll find a way to help you, he is very knowledgeable and know his craft.

I joined jk Physique a while ago as I have struggled with weight for many years I'd tried lots of different diet which didn't really seem to not have any effect with my weight but when I joined jk Physique injust a few moths of being with him the weight and my body shape changed dramatically and made me feel better about myself what made things better is that jon is always there for you when you need him for advise or struggling with things also my knowledge about nutrition. also how better my health and fitness is. I'm so glad to have jon in my life and see jon as a friend aswell as a coach just let's keep going we got this.

I joined JK to finally combat my lifelong battle with yo yo dieting and to help with accountability/routine during the Covid pandemic. I’ve been with JK a while now (Feb 2021). It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster due to old patterns trying to creep back in, but we’ve kept plugging away. Jon has been there every step of the way with support and sound advice. With the help of Jon I will see this through no matter what. I’m so glad to have him in my corner. We got this!! :-)

Jon is a very down-to-earth person who only wants the best for you. His social posts are very different from a lot of coaches and this is what caught my attention.

He practices what he preaches, unlike other coaches I see online, Jon is the real thing!

He does not just give a generic plan to follow rather he tailors a plan to my needs and something that I can adhere to amidst my busy life.

Jon is very keen on my learning and not many coaches are like that!

If you're planning to get him as your coach, you won't regret it and you are in for a good ride!

JK Physique Baby!

I reached out to JK Physique after seeing him on insta, a d seeing success stories from people I know. I wanted to get in shape and JK has been a fountain of knowledge for me to lean on. He has motivated me, kept me accountable and educated me along the way resulting in me getting into the best shape I've ever been in

I must say Jon’s approach is somewhat unique, he responds carefully and specifically to each body like no other I have come across. He is an engineer of the body, he will support you consistently to achieve fitness, weight loss targets which are hard to archive alone, his techniques and tools are impressive!

Having worked side by side with Jon I can't recommend him highly enough. The lad knows his stuff when it comes to nutrition and would have no problem recommending anyone his way!

I have been with JK for 10 months now and I can honestly say it is the best decision I have made.

Before joining my weight was continually yo-yoing and I was not happy in the way I looked.

I have now lost coming up to 7 stone, the lightest I have been since leaving school and have muscle decimation.

Nothing is to much for JK - always offers support, tailors my plan if something is not quite working and checks in during the week to double check everything is OK.

Can not recommend his services enough - take the step and reach out, you won’t regret it.

I never leave reviews but I made an exception today. Jon/JKPhysique provides an awesome service that is so individualized and client focused through education, guidance,coaching and support that once you do your part, you will see results!!! The weekly check-ins, feedback including constructive criticism and consistent support, is priceless. I recommend him to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Never thought I'd see my body change amd lose fat the way it did...and all of this without an actual PT standing beside me shouting commands!!!Thanks Jon!! Trini@ON, Canada
