Fraud agency, they ask for 300 eur per client and when I paid then they blocked me at the moment and gave no reply further.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are not what they claim to be.
If I could rate them below one star, I absolutely would. The company, represented by individuals like Mkyllo and their so-called "head of operations," is running a deceptive operation from Ukraine with no legal office presence in Germany, despite what they promise.
Our team of workers from Sri Lanka, Nigeria, and the Philippines trusted them with our job visa applications—only to be left with broken promises and empty pockets. They presented themselves as a legitimate recruitment firm, but in reality, they are just reselling expired or invalid permits.
We collectively paid over €20,000 for promised placements in Germany, but received no contracts, no visa slots, and zero follow-up support. Some of the documents they provided were outright rejected by embassies, and others turned out to be photocopies with mismatched names.
This company is playing with people’s hopes and lives. Please think twice before engaging with them. We are speaking up here so that others don't fall into the same trap.

Good afternoon, dear Cynthia. We don't have any managers as Mkyllo, position in our company as "head of operations" and we also didn't have any partners (or candidates) from Nigeria and didn't provide for such candidates any work opportunities in the EU.
We received our Germanian projects only during the summer 2025, but you review is published on 11th of April. Also we don't have any partners with such email: cynthiagakenia1@gmail.com or such phone number: 0742811290. Also, we don't understand regarding what kind of documents you're talking with mismatched names when all the WPs are prepared only by Government institutions.

I would give zero stars if I could. The Jobian team, represented by Mykola and their so-called co-founder and COO, operates out of Ukraine without a physical office in Poland. They appear to be nothing more than work permit sellers.
We have been misled by this company, which has left employees from Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh feeling cheated. We hope that by sharing our experience on Trustpilot.com, we can help others see the truth about their fraudulent practices and avoid falling for their deceptive claims.
We paid over 30,000 euros and were left with nothing to show for it. All our permits have expired, there are no appointments available for Slovakia, and they even sent duplicate work permits for the Czech Republic. They falsely claim to offer good visas for Poland, but there are none available.
Please do not trust them; do not become another victim.

Unfortunately, every month we are faced with local recruiting companies that at the beginning of our cooperation tell us that they are experts, they have been working in the market for many years and know everything. But unfortunately they don`t know details of the process, about the package of documents, about the process of obtaining visas, about the timing of the procedure of obtaining visas etc. They simply overestimate themselves and try to persuade to work with them.
As a result, our employers doesn`t receive candidates in time, we pay fines and lose reputation in front of our employers. Also, our candidates don`t get visas and waste time and money paid to such agencies...
Candidates come to us for help. But if the documents are already stitched or their agents did nothing, did it wrong, unfortunately we can't help.
Local recruiters, if you want to work with international recruitment you need to dig deeper into details of the process and how it works locally in your country.
