Great service for Lvl 2 survey

Home survey report was produced within the timeframe and was easy to understand. Friendly and useful communication from the staff when booking and discussing the results. Very fairly priced, would definitely recommend!

Excellent and efficient service - highly recommend

Joe was extremely helpful in completing a specialist RICS valuation for the redemption of our Help to Buy loan on a building with ongoing cladding remediation issues. His technical expertise and knowledge of the area were pivotal in ensuring that our valuation was accepted by the Homes and Community Agency and he was always on hand to respond to queries raised by the HCA’s specialist valuation team. We are very happy with the quality of service received and would highly recommend Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors to anyone requiring a specialist valuation for their property.
