Tess has been fantastic at keeping us updated while we waited for the report. Our Level 3 survey was completed within 10 days of the inspection and included detailed descriptions and clear images, including a drone roof inspection, which allowed us to closely examine the chimney stack and solar panels. We couldn’t fault the survey — 10/10.

The administration was good: the flat survey proceeded in a timely way, inspiring confidence. I took up the option of being phoned personally by the surveyor after I received the survey, as there was one reported issue that I wished to have more information on. I have asked for a hard copy as printing 47 pages is quite a task; I don't know if this is possible yet. If I needed the services of a surveyor again, I would return to this company.

Fantastic from beginning to end and very thorough report

I had a fantastic experience with Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors. From the initial inquiry to final report, the team was incredibly professional. They were prompt and their communication was excellent throughout. The survey was completed, and I received the detail report sooner than I anticipated. I was initially hesitant about hiring a chartered surveyor, but Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors provided exceptional value for money.
