Brilliant customer service when needing to cancel a duplicate order. Can’t fault them.

I send my coat back to exchange it. Customer service was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions.

High Return costs. Not EU.

I’m really happy with the items I ordered! The designs are timeless and the quality feels very good. I also like the fact that they use natural materials. It’s nice to see a brand paying attention to sustainability and their transparency about everything.

I also had a logistical issue with my return because of a delayed delivery. I contacted customer support and they sorted it out for me quickly and personally. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

Incredibly helpful, kind and responsive customer service. Quality of clothing is stunning - will be shopping here for a long time!

I bought a sweater in the Black Friday sale. After two weeks, I received a skirt (?). I’ve been emailing with them since December 11th about this. I had to send a picture, then another picture. Last week finally they would send me a returnlabel, but I never received it. They haven’t answered to my emails since.
For 1,5 month now they have my money (120 euros), but I don’t have the item that I bought. And it feels like I have to do so much work to a. Get my money back and b. Send the item THEY wrongly sent to me back.
They have been friendly in their communications until now, so that’s a good thing about this business I guess.

Update: after posting on truspilot they answered right away and solved the problem.

Bought some pieces for my wife and she could not be happier. A small independent brand focused on great quality and style.

Although the item I ordered wasn’t suitable for the outfit I wanted to wear it with, the sweater was very good quality and beautifully warm. I was nervous about the return process but was expertly guided by Maddie and reassured throughout.

The owner is really lovely and helpful. She helped me out with my order when I had an issue. The cardigan I ordered is really lovely and great quality.

Ended up receiving my coat a month later. After I posted this comment, I very quickly received a reply to my email. I was told my package was deemed lost, but I never received the info nor could I find it. I don't think they knew either as they had to check the status.

However, they quickly offered me alternatives, including re-shipping the item right away, which is what I chose. They were very professional and polite (and I saw the email thread they exchanged internally - not sure it was on purpose- where they were looking into the issue and trying to be as fast as possible) .
I received it about 10 days later.

Overall, the coat is great and the sizing is perfect. The whool on the exterior is unfortunately a bit scratchy (no extra step to smoothen it in the process of creating the piece I think) but I think it's normal given the price.

I don't think I'll order again from the website however given the experience and the value of the item.

I changed my review from a 2 stars to 4 (3.5 if I could) cause they were very professional and I'm satisfied with the item purchased. It think this might be a small shop with a small team that's doing their best and will probably improve over time!

No delivery after 2 weeks nor updates
I have bought a really nice coat (300e worth) that I'm really excited to receive and it is my first order with this brand!
I received confirmation for my order and have been checking the delivery status.
On Sisterhood, it's written :
- "Confirmed, Nov, 30th"
- "On its way Dec, 2nd"
- and "Expected Dec, 4th".

I have also contacted them a couple of days ago and haven't received any replies.
I guess what's worrying is not receiving anything except for promotional/marketing emails since, as it has been more than 2 weeks.
It is annoying not to know where your package is, or when/if you'll receive it.
Hopefully, I'll be able to edit this message once I get a reply from them!

My first visit to Sisterhood yesterday. I was recommended by a friend. Lovely shopping experience with Darcey. If you love a boutique, this is the place to go. I picked up 5 pieces! The clothes are gorgeous and of good quality. Really happy with my purchases and ready to party!!! Thankyou Darcey for your advice. Great stylist, welcoming, friendly and professional. I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size. Customer services Maddie helped me and response so quickly on canceling the order and processing it! I love this brand and they even make it better with the efficiency and helpful!

Great, high quality clothing. I have several pieces from the brand in my wardrobe. I recently ordered a lovely coat during the Black Friday sale it was slightly delayed. I contacted customer service and they quickly rectified the situation.

I recently discovered Sisterhood and have already purchased several pieces this season — every single one has been gorgeous. The style is modern, elevated, and effortlessly wearable, and the quality is truly impressive. These are pieces that feel special and built to last, not just for one season.

One thing that really stands out is their customer service. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a question or concern, their team has responded with exceptional care and detail. It’s honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — quick and genuinely committed to making things right.

I’m based in the US and was a little hesitant at first about ordering from overseas given the new tariff environment, but the process couldn’t be easier. All duties, taxes, and tariffs are included at checkout, no surprises at delivery. I really appreciate that!

Lieferung hat etwas gedauert (so 1 1/2 Wochen. Aber die Pullover sind super schön und die Qualität ist top 😊 Würde da jederzeit wieder was bestellen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war sehr angenehm, auf Nachfrage wann mein Paket eintreffen würde, da der Status der Bestellung sich länger nicht geändert hatte, wurde mir binnen 1-2 Stunden sehr freundlich geantwortet und weitergeholfen.

I ordered a knit jumper which arrived and when I tried in on (about 20 mins) I noticed considerable balling under the arms and on the face of the jumper. I reached out to customer service with pictures etc. but was just told this was normal and sent a TikTok of a girl debobbling a clearly old and worn jumper. I explained this was brand new with tags but customer service doubled down that it was normal wear and did not provide any option to return or exchange. The colour of the jumper was also misleading it was marked “cedar” and looked grey in photos but is actually green in real life. Overall a disappointing experience when spending money on what is supposed to be a higher quality item.

Bought a cardigan for my daughters birthday. Not cheap but very good quality so you get what you pay for. Had to email them about a mistake I’d made and they responded really quickly and efficiently. In fact best customer service I’ve ever had.

I made an order for a couple of jumpers from Sisterhood but messed up on the delivery. Luckily I was emailing with Maddie who always replied really quickly and sorted my issue in no time! Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!
