So amazing!!

This was so easy to do to help me on my weight loss journey. I’m very grateful for this!! The process was so easy and I was constantly getting updates via email throughout the whole time to let me know where I was at.

Fast service

Fast service! Great packaging!!! Fingers crossed I don’t get over charged for month two. I’ve heard on several platforms that this is occurring. Also there hasn’t been guidance on how to order my meds for month two.

Proper dosing

Honestly, you should mark a syringe or on paper as to how much you draw up to make sure you’re doing it right. Receiving the product took longer than expected.

Have not received medicine

Have not received medicine. Terrible customer service, takes a day to respond to each message I send. Asked for refund several times and have nothing.

Price

Customer service was polite. However the only thing I'm not happy about is the price. I'm seeing other companies lock in trizepatide at 149 per month. The first time with embody was 129 but it'll go up to 229. Next month. If you guys can give me a better deal, I'll stay with you. But overall, the Trizepatide has been working fine.

Took a chance and decided to place an…

Took a chance and decided to place an order against that my brain was telling me. Instant regrets. There are so many red flags.

Let’s start with:
1. Why is the no account creation or customer portal to log into? They say support and monitor order and such but there is zero way to do that.
2. No customer service phone number. Generic email that gets you nothing but automated or AI generated emails in response. That’s even if get a response at all.
3. Website changes. The wed site someone’s views prior to ordering is a completely different one than after ordering. “Same lifetime cost” or similar sayings are now removed. Pricing different. And many other things. But if I delete browsing history, cache and cookies, I can then see the advertisements and promotions saying same lifetime cost or same costs forever no surprises regardless of dosage…

So now that I ordered they removed the lifetime pricing and likely going to say it was a temp promotion and i missed it or something like that.

I’m sure Embody will reply to this with a very generic and vague response with ZERO resolution to anything in this review as they have done with just about every review they’ve responded to.

But they’ll offer nothing specific. Nothing about the log in to an account or the missing lifetime pricing

Reg flags all around! Surely smells as if I just got scammed out of $149!

It’s also crappy that a company can respond to a review. Can type nearly anything and the person writing the review cannot respond.

Also don’t understand why this place can’t send to pharmacy to pick up like other online place do even with self pay. Talking about sending medication that needs to be cooked through the mail taking 7-12 days…. Like wtf is that. It’s obviously not coming from anywhere in this country like they’ve shown on their sites, FB ads and other places.

Update after embody response: I wish I could post screenshots. Should be able to. I can show two different home pages, one right after I cleared history, cache and all that has all the pricing and such on it and then a different one after going through the process. I’m not logged in or anything because the only option is to start the assessment again. No support email or phone number.

Now the posted an email and phone number in the reply, but it different the one in the email I received just mins after they replied to this review.

There are a lot of red flags! Many! I’d definitely be cautious, as I’m still extremely skeptical right now and things just seem to getting worse.
