Takes to long to ship
The medication works well. The issue is had was it took 13 day's total to get the medication sent. So if you want it in timely manner maybe not your place. I got it delivered and it almost time for refill for both medications and I feel I should start the process early if this is how uts going to continue to be

Do not use this company!
I was approved for treatment, and my order was marked as shipped yesterday. Initially, I reached out to your support team with excitement about beginning my weight loss journey and simply wanted to ask a few questions before starting Tirzepatide for additional reassurance and guidance.
After receiving no response for more than 24 hours, I contacted support again to express my concerns regarding the lack of communication. Given the absence of a response, I began researching customer experiences and was alarmed to find numerous reviews describing issues with pricing transparency, unexpected cost increases despite advertised pricing guarantees, poor customer service, and significant delays in resolving customer concerns.
Based on these concerns and the continued lack of communication from your team, I immediately submitted a request to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund for any charges that have been processed. I also made it clear that I do not wish to receive the Tirzepatide or continue with your services.
I still have not received a response to any of my messages. Updated: I finally received a response from support only to apologize for the delay in communication but not to confirm they are working on my refund or cancelling my subscription! Update #2: the support team responded to my review and apologized for the delay communication and mentioned a cancellation but did not mentioned a refund. I have messaged the support team several times about a refund with no response. I reached out 24 hours after my payment was made for a refund and the to cancel my subscription but neither of my issues are being resolved. UPDATE #3 I am still only getting apologies for the delayed communication while they are ignoring my request for a refund and to cancel my subscription despite me being very direct

So far so good. Still a little concerned about the shipping and the meds getting so warm.
Zero communication
I placed an order weeks ago. I never got any response on when it would be filled. I wrote in to customer service and asked to cancel the order. The reply was that we will reach out to the pharmacy. Cricket's since. No confirmation, no communication, just left, not knowing if I will be charged or if it is canceled. Terrible

Everything from ordering, to prescription being processed and finally to the shipping. I was notified every step of the way. Peptides were shipped in a sealed Styrofoam container with chill packs. A new package of 10 count syringes were provided also with the peptides! Exceptional service! I can't say anything bad about the whole experience!

Not super impressed with the customer service or timeliness of communications. Not enough time slots offered for appointments for clinical needs. Going to take too much time to get an appt to switch to your company vs. the previous company.

Only a week in but it’s definitely muted my cravings and I feel full longer and faster. Package was a tad delayed due to weather but still only took 5 days, hopefully my refills will arrive just as fast. Good customer service so far.
