Everything went very smoothly. I have no complaints!

I started taking my shot on 29th June however I was prescribed a 30 unit 1.7 it was way too strong for me I called two days later that I got sick with nausea for them to lower right didn't take haven't took the second shot nurse told me 10 10 units next shot I still have not gotten any nausea medicine I didn't even get it when it prescribed me the shot from the get-go I feel you guys are not fast enough and the needs of your Patriots I shouldn't be waiting this long nausea medicine I still have two more weeks to go and still nauseated

So frustrating I keep getting charged big numbers

After signing up I asked if I could switch the medicine I had previously chosen. I had already paid and they said sure we can change it. So four days go by and no order no shipping update. I contact them and they tell me I have to pay another amount for the new medicine. I said why I paid more than it is? Well the amount I paid they had a hold on it. I said ok let's go back to the original order ok no problem you will just pay and we will ship it. Huh? I already paid you. No that's a hold on the money ok so you know its there ship my medicine. No you will have to pay again. Ummmm no thank you I will be going elsewhere.

I ordered this and still haven’t received it or heard from the pharmacy.

when I signed up, it was easy N FAST , however I haven't had any follow-up on how the first week is going or the 2 week is going. It would be nice to have an account that we are able to text or message when we have questions and concerns . I know that there is a phone number that we can call or email but an personal portal like at the doctors' offices is very effective

Five star as far as price goes a little miscommunication on how often do I receive my shipments is at once a month or is it weekly? And also some follow up calls I do not wish to speak with a foreign operator or any of the sort I’ve lived overseas and they don’t see things the way we see things as a capitalist environment.

Shipping took so long. The meds were warm when they finally did arrive. I kept being reassured that they were still viable but all the research I've done said ingredients become inactive when they warm.

I was a little leery at first, but once I tried it and got results, I was very happy I gave it a try. I'm very pleased with the professionalism. It was a quick process to get approved and begin my journey of improving my health. I had a question on billing and reached out to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly. I recommend using this site for your GLP-1 medication.

Contact customer service to delay my shipment till I come back from out of town they deliver it and stayed in the heat from 10:30 to 5

Quick, efficient and much better at communicating that many other well advertised companies. Far better pricing and dosages are very clearly labeled and not confusing!

The process was actually easy and I was updated regularly

I placed an order a week and a half ago and still have not received an update as to where it is or when I’m going to get it. Unbelievable that it would take this long to get the product shipped. They did charge me for it but I haven’t received anything.
